Scam? Got the money. Went silent.

I'm having a similar experience as someone posted. Seemed like a great product until I pulled the trigger.
- I ordered with promise of delivery in a few days
- It's been over 15 days and I have no updates
- I missed my window to use the product
- there's no reliable channel for communication. They do not reply to emails, there's no phone number.
- I asked to cancel and refund and did not hear back.
I started thinking they were just badly run and disrespectful to customers. Now I think it's an actual scam.

Public Review – Paperbloom Order #18539

I placed an order with Paperbloom on September 2 with a promised delivery of September 4–8. The order was never shipped during that time frame. On September 10, after the delivery window had already passed, I contacted them and was told it would “ship tomorrow.” Since the order was for a birthday gift, I stressed the importance of receiving it on time and even offered to pay for expedited shipping.

Instead of fulfilling their commitment, Paperbloom canceled my order — not at my request, though the cancellation email falsely stated that it was. They then sent me a $30 gift card, but that does not make up for the missed occasion, the wasted time, or the misleading communication. The gift card is of no use to me, since I will not be ordering from them again after this experience.

I spent time designing this product, selecting options, and waiting for it to arrive, only to be let down at the last moment. If I had known earlier, I could have gone to another vendor and avoided the disappointment.

While the company framed this as a gesture of goodwill, my experience was one of broken promises, delays, and dishonesty about the cancellation. I cannot recommend Paperbloom based on how my order was handled.

Wedding reception sign

Ordered a sign for a wedding reception and the lady who emailed us regarding our query was helpful in every way.
Great sign and a sample to practice with was an excellent addition.
Would use again
