I made my order over a week ago and it’s still not even been dispatched. It was two notebooks available in every paperchase store up and down the country so that’s not good enough. I still haven’t received my order or had any confirmation of its dispatch. No one has been in touch either. It’s been over a week now.

Full refund and apology submitted by return
I paid for several items from the website. The confirmation came through by email and payment was taken. However, when I received my order there was an item missing which was important to me. I waited a couple of days to see if would arrive. When it did not I contacted Customer Services and asked for a refund, because he item was for Valentines Day, which was long gone by this time. I received a full refund and an apology by email with an explanation. I will continue to use Paperchase as this matter was sorted out quickly .
