Well, I only received half of the order which was paper. Since Royal mail can't find the other half and tracking says it came to the UK, they (seller) refused to assist and royal mail well they were useless!

Only received paper. 😡😡

Absolute joke emailed only received paper now website disappeared

Scam. Luke everyone else I ordered printer and paper. Only received the paper. The email to contact doesn't work and the website has disappeared.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. Like everyone else I ordered a printer and have only recieved the paper. I have managed to email them to keep being told that i ordered thermal paper only. I have sent them screen shots to show I clearly haven't. When i click on my order or visit store the page now doesnt exist. Absolutely disgusting!!

Complete scam do not order from papercup group.com. They told me I ordered one roll of thermal paper where my order clearly says I order a photo printer. Email address on the bottom of my order has been disabled.

Ordered 2 of these and received 2 rolls of paper nothing else.
On my receipt it gave me email and it doesn’t exist.
So upset pure outright thieves

Same experience as many others. Ordered a thermal printer with rolls of paper for my sons birthday, paid £20. Received 1 roll of paper which is clearly worth pennies. Numerous emails have been exchanged but no refund. Avoid at all costs.

Please can someone share this companys email address. I ordered printer and extra paper. The paper has arrived but no printer. I ordered via Instagram but when i go into my history the page presents an error message so i cant find contact information. On my payment details it shows as .ASER.COM and www.X2-blue, on insta its shows as papercupgroup, on the package the printer rolls came in it shows as return to ECX.com , i can not find any.l contact details for any of these names, not that they will step up in anyway. Please help.

Terrible company only received 2 rolls of paper , when I ordered two thermal printers and paper , can’t get hold of them now .
Hope they choke on the money they’ve scammed us all out of .

Absolutely appalling company please stay away from this company. I ordered printer and paper only recieved paper. They wont even mention about printer.

This company is a joke, I received some rolls of paper and no printer, after loads of emails they would only refund £12 out of £36 , Stay away from this company

They don't even deserve one star.. as with other commenters recieved packs of paper and no printer (I ordered 4!!) They then had audacity to say it was delivered to my post office and to find on trackerly.. went to do this and found out I had to pay a further £1 to get my data.. thank god I didn't as trustpilot has shown this actually ties you into a £24.90 for a monthly sùbscription. Never has this happened, I'm always so carefull but an absolute CON...DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS BUSINESS

Wish I had checked this business out before ordering. Unfortunately I've the same issues with no delivery of my printers and no response to emails. Why are they allowed to continue advertising when its clearly a fraud. Its disgusting that they are allowed to continue and ripped off customers have no real way to do anything about them.

Avoid like the plague. I paid about £20 for a thermal printer and 6 rolls of paper. About 3 weeks later I received a parcel containing 1 roll of paper but no printer. I sent an email explaining my circumstances and I received a reply saying that I had only ordered one small roll of paper (£20 worth).
I emailed them back to explain that I would not pay £20 for a roll of paper. They told me that I could return the item to China and the post charges would be about $20. I explained that the envelope had a 48p stamp and there was also an address in Southall (to the West of London) to return goods. They told me that was their best and only offer. I replied stating that their offer was unacceptable and that I wanted a full refund. Over the last 2 weeks I have sent another 4 emails but they have stopped replying to them. DO YOURSELF A BIG FAVOUR AND DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT ORDERING AS MUCH AS A PENCIL BECAUSE THEY WILL DO THE SAME AS THEY HAVE DONE TO COUNTLESS OTHER PEOPLE AND ROB YOU BLIND. 😠😡😠😡😠😡😠.

Absolute sham of company- what I ordered didn’t turn up - instead of 2x mini printers with 6 rolls of paper I got 2 mini rolls of paper. Say they will refund money, still waiting - do not buy from this company- wish I’d checked reviews first

I ordered a printer and pack of 6 paper rolls of different colours.
Got a pack of 5 plain white rolls.
I also ordered a special offer pack of 3 rolls of stickers.
Got 1 roll of paper.
Customer service shocking ..all the excuses etc. Of it being my error when I had their confirmation of what I had ordered clearly.
Opened 2 cases with paypal.
AVOID AT ALL COST...TERRIBLE

i ordered the printer and thermal rolls on offer costing me 36 dollers they sent just the thermal rolls when i emailed they said thats all i was getting and blocked my email luckily i payed via paypal so could get my money back stay away from this company as they will rip you off
