I don't know why, but I didn't receive a confirmation email for my order, which may have lead me to order something twice. However, I emailed customer services and although I never received a response, I have only received one order, so happy so far.

No stars at the moment I'm afraid - I received no communication as to when I would receive my goods and as such, I wasn't in when they arrived. Rather than the delivery service using their common sense and leaving the parcel in a safe place/ with a neighbour as ALL other companies do (unless directed otherwise), your delivery service took the parcel to a delivery office eight miles away which is only open during working hours (I work full time -when am I meant to get there?). As such, I will not be able to collect this item - I assume it will be returned and refunded? Poor service - will not be using PaperDucks again unfortunately.
