I'm a consulting database developer. My client on this project was a law firm working on a lawsuit with many thousands of clients. We needed to get important basic data from these clients. We had lots of options for a public-facing form, including building it right inside our low-code database platform; but the boss at the law firm wanted the questionnaire to be both flexible and attractive, and PaperForm fit our requirements better than anything else. I found building the questionnaire in PaperForm quite easy.

And as each new response came into PaperForm, its data was copied over to our database using a Zapier zap that I wrote. It all worked quite well. And compared to some alternatives that I had researched, PaperForm was quite affordable.

I had some deep questions about the calculations tool and the support was great! Just some minutes and they created the custom prompt i needed - WOW! Thanks!

Paperform has been a game changer for me and my clients. I love that I have the flexibility to create beautiful, branded and flexible forms. The conditional logic and other advanced (for me) features have made it possible to set up everything from simple contact forms, to payment forms to feedback forms to detailed conference registrations. There are many integrations available. But perhaps what I love best is the truly excellent support team. They are about the best I have experienced in over 20 years of digital marketing. Without a doubt the best in business regarding advanced online form & questionnaire solutions. Recently stept over to Pro plan, which is quite pricey to be honest, but awesome to be able to unlock the full Paperform powers. The ease of use, clean look, advanced solutions & custom solutions (you can basically built whatever complex situation you want/need), amazing calculation fields, and to top it of one of the best customer services teams I've ever met. Not only in terms of responsiveness (on which they are quite impressive), they really sincerely care about helping you out in best way possible, thinking ahead with you and your business and even provide some custom coding for your forms. Happy I made the step for all my current and future web solutions.

The Best Customer Support Team Ever
I've used Paperform for several years. The product provides endless custom solutions, which inevitably sometimes ends up with a complex form. When I reach out to their support team via their chat feature, I'm never disappointed. My package includes around the clock help, because I at work odd hours. If you do too, it's WELL WORTH IT. I sometimes wish they also provided phone support -- which would be faster, but this way actually helps the user LEARN the product better.

Paperform is probably the best software (for the price) I have ever come across.

Also, it has the best customer service team I've ever experienced. For example, I had a problem with a very specific issue that involved Zapier automation and an outside software. The live support immediately replied to the issue and after a bit of back and forth we had the issue solved.

Seriously, I cannot say enough good things about Paperform. Makes Google forms look like a 3rd grade arts and crafts project. Other form softwares simply cannot compete.
