hyper déçu proposition de contrat…

hyper déçu proposition de contrat energie, on dit qu on veux pas signé mais surprise quand on decide de passer avec un autre fournisseur on se rends compte que le prm ou pdl est bloqué , resultats du retard pour mettre en place mon fournisseurs energie, pas du tout satisfait du service

Very helpful, even for English speakers!

Initially an agent contacted me in French as soon as I ask for someone who was speaking English they gave my information to an English speaker person. They do not insist too much, they recommend different companies for the things you need. They were very helpful, very kind and understanding. I signed the contract for the electricity in less than 5 minutes!

We were not a match

We were not a match. In my view, it appears that the primary focus of this company may be on making sales rather than prioritizing the best interests of the client. My experience began with multiple and repeated calls on a weekend, shortly after I had just moved into my new home, which left me feeling rushed and unsettled. The contract details were provided verbally in a fast-paced manner, which did not lend itself to clear understanding.

While they mention having a dedicated consultant available for assistance, I found that when reaching out with questions or attempting to access my account information, the response was often lacking, and access was limited.

Overall, I felt that my privacy and financial considerations were not fully respected. For those who wish to maintain control over their utilities and expenses, I would suggest exploring other options.

Moved in with no electricity – zero communication from Papernest

I provided all required details (PDL) to Papernest on 21/7/25 to set up electricity at my new flat before my move-in date of 31/7/25. Despite responding promptly to their request, I received no update or confirmation at any point.

As a result, I moved into a property with no electricity. I’ve now had to set it up myself but it won’t be active until 8/8/25, leaving me without power for over a week.

This has had a significant knock-on effect as I haven’t been able to set up internet (as there’s no power for the router), and I’ve had to use a laundrette for basic laundry.

Papernest’s complete lack of communication or follow-up made a stressful move far worse. Very disappointing and entirely avoidable. I do not recommend this company at all.

Very helpful service

Our French language skills are not very good but they provided and English speaking assistant, Elsa, who was fantastic. So friendly and helpful. Sorted everything for us in no time at all.

Best customer service support EVER

This was by far the easiest company I've worked with since moving to France. Papernest has a partnership with Garantme, so I got this service for free.
Let me tell you, the customer service support is unbeatable. Someone called me (I didn't have to call them!). They set up a time that worked with me to chat. They found the best electricity service, located my meter, determined if I also had a gas account, found me the fastest internet, got me some great extra deals, and taught me a lot about how things work in France (I'm from the US). The customer service agent was the nicest I've worked with. I cannot rate this company highly enough - in about an hour I got what takes several hours to do back home, and with the most minimal effort on my part. 10/10.
