Poor quality and awful customer service
I have been using Tyvek wallets for over 10 years from a couple of different brands. I really like it as it is small and still super strong.
However, the wallet I got from paperwallet was definitely not as strong as the other Tyvek wallets I had.
I would have give them 3 stars, if they did not make a very costly mistake when shipping their wallet to me (in the UK). Instead of putting the price I paid for the wallets (after discount) they put the original price of the wallet. This mean that I had to pay custom tax (50% of the price I paid). I talked to their support and ask them to change their misleading website info (where they say you will likely not pay for custom) but they never did. So because of their awful customer support, I would recommend to buy from a company that actually cares about their customer.
I ordered two wallets (on sale) from this site and because of a mistake they made (they printed the full amount (before discount) on the parcel), I had to pay custom taxes (50% of the price I paid!). If they would have written the amount I actually paid, I would not have had to pay these taxes.
