Excellent and I am a returning…

Excellent and I am a returning customer. I was able to order samples for invitations for several upcoming events and I’m very pleased with the results. I have also ordered personalized stationery, and I did pay for the storage boxes separately to keep things tidy. Would recommend for future purchases or invitation needs. Shipped on time and arrived well packaged from traveling.

Mid-year planners for 26-27 -- hooray!

Now that the mid-year planners for 2026-2027 are available, it was easy to pick out this year's spiral-bound edition. This is my favorite planner.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

Ive never been the type to complain or leave a negative review but this situation frustrated me far too much to not! The customer service has been appalling! The website stated ‘Order now and get it by Saturday 4th April’ which was the exact date I needed the item for so I spent hours that day creating the book so I could make the deadline. After then placing my order I received an email to say ‘Estimated delivery date
April 7th’. This was of course not suitable as I needed the item for the 4th as it said it would arrive then. I then contacted customer service to confirm the item would be delivered by the date specified on the website prior to ordering to which I was greeted with a very unhelpful customer service member who stated that if I would have wanted it by that date I should have selected the upgraded delivery cost even after showing proof that no where did it state this? I tried to explain that it didn’t state that prior to ordering but they were unhelpful and alls they could say is that I need to pay an additional £3.49 extra to make the delivery date. I already paid £4.99! So that now makes it £8.48 delivery for a tiny booklet that wouldn’t cost anywhere near this to post! I had no choice to pay the extra £3.49 as the item would be pointless after this date. So £32.48 later and now I have a tiny booklet not even worth the money at all! The book is poor quality and definitely not worth £32.48! Your company is a scam and instead of helping your customers, you’ll only demand extra money to make your customer happy. Im very disappointed.

I'm generally happy with our invitations

I'm generally happy with how our wedding invitations came out, they arrived in a week and I had a good experience in that they refunded me for shipping one of my orders that I placed separately. One of our table signs arrived with an orange mark on it though, which is less good.

However, I am disappointed that Papier uses Evri, my packages were left outside on the street and given how awful Evri is as a shipping company and I've had so many items stolen that were sent with them, I'm surprised that they use them. My sample was sent with RM and I understand that they are more expensive but this could be taken into consideration for the future.

Appaling experience

I spent 2 days creating a photo book on their website. Ordered 1.5 weeks in advance and supposed to receive my order on 1st April. The book was for my husbands 40th Birthday and it was an emotional and a very important gift. I tried to get in touch a few times to make sure my order will be sent on time… it is hard to get through - when you call no one picks up and provides a customer service and on website they have a bot. This bot has assured me a few times that if my delivery date did not change, I should receive it on time, otherwise it would be updated. On 31st of April I finally managed to get through, to find out that my order will not be fulfilled on time “due to some suppliers issue”. At least they could notify me about it in advance, so I could take other measures. They destroyed very important gift and wasted my time. In the last day and night I had to recreate everything I have done manually by printing photos and text and putting them into a photo album by hand. The website says it is small dedicated team, but if you are small and dedicated, you have to provide a great customer service for your clients and not making it to impossible to contact you. Yes, they said they issued a refund and cancelled my order, but the amount of time spent on everything and the stress I went through was detrimental. Wouldn’t recommend this company. I have my own business and believe that customer service is everything, and here was non of it! Horrible waste of my time and mental capacity.

I love Papier products

I love Papier products aesthetically, but also practically. I have purchased multiple planners in the past for myself and others and it makes the experience of time management that much more enjoyable. The shopping experience is simple and the customization guarantees I will buy more again. I just wish there were a few more masculine designs.

I gave my daughter a choice of planners…

I gave my daughter a choice of planners and she loved your blue wedding book. The only thing area we had a hard time with was seeing the personalization on the front cover. It was in a very light color that was difficult to see. I can't wait to have her use this and save for all the memories!

Interacting with Papier is a very happy experience!

Interacting with Papier via my smartphone is even faster, and easier than on my laptop!!! Thank you!!! But I have noticed that the font size of our personalized details, e.g.our names, have shrunk. I would like to be able to choose much larger font size and a variety of fonts for my name on each different cover of my chosen notebooks!!! Thanks for taking my request into consideration.
