Bought the brawler gaming chair and the large desk with a cable management thing aswell, Both worked unreal and tremendousley well until the wheel on the chair broke causing the cylinder to not work too, i received a replacement for cylinder,cover and wheels immediately with no issues. Great customer support aswell would recommend to buy from them
I ordered the Paracon Knight Pro (Brown), which is supposed to be their "best" gaming chair. It has been hard for me to find a chair perfect for my size, so I jumped on this opportunity (I'm 169 cm, 64 kg). It IS a good size, and looks really, really nice, but the leather was damaged in a spot, and it's possibly one of the most uncomfortable chairs I've ever sat in. The pillows are ROCK hard, and within only a few minutes my back hurt. On top of this, the wheels kept getting stuck and so it was hard to move the chair around.
The box was in a terrible condition when it arrived, so I had to throw it away. Contact with the not-so sympathetic customer service determined I needed to get and pay for a new box + stuffing myself in order to send the chair back. My request for a new box from them was denied.
Those big boxes are hard to find and they are really expensive. That in combination with it being a lot of work to disassemble the chair (which won't be kind to my back) made me decide not to send the chair back.
The chair is now placed in a corner in my office and I'm still trying to figure out what to do with it. I'd sell it but it's hard to sell a "gaming" chair with bad wheels that has a damage and whose leather and seating might as well have been made from rocks. And I have to look for a new chair for myself. Overall disappointed.
Got my chair and when ive put half of my weight on the right aemh holder and the screws broke the plastic and now the spring is pushing up the plastic what holds your arm
