Service was excellent at CDG airport in Paris. Communication was great through out the process, and was guided quickly through passport check and customs. Our greeter met us right when walked off the jet bridge, and guided us all the through to our pre-booked ride into central Paris. Overall the experience was amazing and would highly recommend. Will definitely use this service again!

Nia was fantastic
Nia was fantastic! The line was long to check into winair for my flight to St. Barths in the transfer so she called and took me around to the front to have a quicker process. My bag didn't make it on the flight and I called Nia and she made sure it was on a flight the same day.

Support for family abroad.
While travelling abroad my 77 year old mother had to have 2 unexpected hospital stays which left her weak and sore and my father exhausted and over stressed. I was all the way back in Canada unable to ease their burden in person and started researching “Concierge services Rome Airport”. With less than 24 hours notice the team from Paradigm were on board to collect my parents, deal with their luggage, support them through check-in, security and get them to the lounge.
The Paradigm Team were supportive, timely and professional and the relief knowing my parents had the support they needed was immeasurable. Highly recommend!

A big THANK to Mariia who organized all very well and the great communication! It worked absolutely perfect on arrival at Colombo Intl. Airport (CMB): welcome at the gate, guidance and service in the lounge! As well the private police officer within the lounge who checked our documents for immigration was a WOW! As we like tuk tuk's, the staff organized one to take pictures while waiting for the baggage! :-) Mariia from Paradigm coordinated also that our driver from the hotel will pick-us up from from the lounge instead of the arrivals hall! One word to say: PERFECT!!

The Paradigm Meet & Greet service is great! I had multiple clients traveling through CDG that wanted the meet & greet transit service. Each of them were very complimentary on how quick the process was getting through passport control and on to their next gate. As with our arrival into Nairobi, we had Zena to escort us through departures.
From drop off point to the Lounge it took us less than half an hour.

I am so happy that I secured Paradigm…
I am so happy that I secured Paradigm to guide us during our arrival and departure at the Lisbon airport. Both guides were incredibly professional, nice, friendly and confident. They both communicated with our transportation so they knew where exactly to take us during arrival and where to meet us for our departure. Because of our guide during arrival we were able to be expedited through passport control and only waited about 5-10 minutes. When we departed, passport control did not have crazy lines so it took about 10-15 minutes total. My family and I were very happy we booked this service. They took all of the stress and anxiety about navigating a foreign airport away and made our arrival and departure pure pleasure! We will definitely use Paradigm again for our next trip!

We recently used the Paradigm Meet and Greet service at CDG and could not have been more impressed. Even though we missed our connection due to a late-arriving flight, our escort did an amazing job trying to get us to the gate quickly and efficiently. After we missed the flight, he personally escorted us to the airline service counter, clearly explained the situation to the agents on our behalf, and then guided us to the correct terminal to get a taxi to the hotel where we were rebooked.
This level of service made a stressful situation so much easier to manage. We would definitely use Paradigm again — it’s an invaluable service, especially when connecting through a large, complex international airport like CDG. Highly recommended!

I found Paradigm Meet & Greet through a Google search and decided to give it a go after reading mostly positive reviews. I used their meet & greet services upon arrival and departure in Moldova, as well as transfer from and to the airport. Based on my friends’ feedback, who went through regular process at that airport, I am very happy I made this choice.
Arranging the services was very easy. The team was responsive and the turnaround times were super quick. Paying was easy and the overall process did not feel scammy at all (I will admit I was a bit worried at first). They updated me with my driver’s contact info the day before my travel. I also had a last minute change for my transfer, and the team was flexible and made necessary arrangements within hours.
I would definitely recommend Paradigm and will use their services again. They saved me so much time and nerves.

Has always been there without fail
I happened upon Paradigm just by an internet search and was intrigued by the vast number of airports they're in. Having used them so frequently, I honestly cannot remember how many times this amounts to - at least five, maybe more. I feel like Gabriel and his team are acquaintances of mine.
Anyway, their service has always been spot on, with knowledgeable, courteous, efficient representatives at each airport. Every time, the meeting has gone smoothly as their agents have been at the agreed upon meeting spots and eased our way through entering or leaving international airports. Makes for stress reduction every single time.
We used their services twice on our last trip, on arrival in Auckland Feb. 7, 2025 and then again on return from Papeete on March 1. Perfect as always.
Will book with them again whenever my research indicates getting past immigration and or customs at an international airport is tricky. Even when passing into or out of a country is relatively easy and have not used their services, I've wished I had. (Perhaps there's a lesson in that!)
I already have booked with them for my transit through Frankfurt (non-Schengen to Schengen) with a short layover and am about to book them for my next trip after that.

I paid for arrival and departure…
I paid for arrival and departure service at Curacao. I was greeted at Curacao airport on March 10th to expedite me through immigration to my transportation. This experience was good. On my departure I found no one to greet me or expedite me through customs to my gate. I spent a very long time in lines due to this. I contacted them for a partial refund for the failure to provide the departure service and they denied me saying it was my fault which is not true as they were provided all airline arrival and departure times. I would never recommend this service due to the very poor customer service and responses.

We are glad to read that you have appreciated being expedited upon your arrival at Curaçao Airport, one of our most sought-after service locations.
On the other hand, we are sorry to read of your dissatisfaction with your departure. From our part, the Meet & Greet service had been duly arranged: an agent was on the spot to meet you and expedite you all the way to the departure gate. However, you or the party in charge of your booking failed to provide crucial information to us - not on your flight schedule, but on your driver/transportation to Curaçao airport.
It is worth mentioning that, over the two months that preceded your trip to Curaçao, our reservations department had sent several emails to ask for this information. They also messaged a mobile number which was said to belong to you. However, there was never any reply. Also, although our Emergency number had been provided, this was not used on the day of the service.
With no possible way of arranging the meeting with you or your local transportation provider, and without any indication on when/how you would arrive at the airport, the service ended up as a no-show, which unfortunately is not eligible for refund.
As we assist passengers on a daily basis, we strongly believe that the ability to communicate with the passengers or their local drivers is key to a successful Meet & Greet service. This is why we strive to stress the importance of meeting prearrangements in all of our service descriptions and email communication. If this requirement had not been made clear enough, we sincerely apologize to you and will endeavour to be clearer in the future.
Our reservations department will be happy to provide any clarification you may need on the standard procedures and requirements for airport Meet & Greet services, as well as on the booking conditions published on our website.

Incredible experience in Tortola
Incredible experience in Tortola - the team was waiting with a car, took us to the private air terminal and got us on a boat an hour or two earlier than we otherwise would have been! It was amazingly smooth and the staff was so warm and kind - will definitely use again!

Everything was flawless In Buenos Aires
Everything was flawless. I was met as I deplaned, carry on luggage handled, guided to VIP line at Immigration, was through in less than a minute, led to Baggage Claim, contacted my driver, and guided me to my driver. Now that is the way to arrive in a foreign city. I will use Paradigm again!
