I received my order but considering I paid £56 for it I was expecting something do much more it was the size of the palm of my hand so extremely disappointed with this and will not be ordering again. Please avoid as you can get so much more from Amazon for half the price and atleast you get what you pat for with them. Don't order from these!!!!

Ordered a product a month ago. Royal Mail have not received it despite paradise for pets claiming it is with them. I have emailed several times asking for an update or a refund as I do not believe my order has even been despatched. Terrible customer service. Avoid at all costs is my advice.

Someone else’s order!
I ordered a memorial ‘crystal’ cube with my dog Missy on it as we lost her a few months ago. I waited 2 weeks and was sent 2 different tracking numbers. I received a parcel today and was quite emotional opening it. Only to find they had sent me someone else’s dog! I am very upset. I have emailed and tried to contact through social media also but have had no response so far.****UPDATE***** So I got this reply today....Thank you for reaching out! We are happy to assist you!

Thankyou! ...Not exactly the empathic response I expected after they have sent someone else's deceased pet to me and lost mine and I told them how upset I was. It just seems weird. The company website clearly leads you to believe it's an English small business yet the parcels come from China and the customer service also seems to be abroad as they are bland and generic emails. Be careful.****New Update**** it is now a week since I received someone else's pet memorial. All I am getting from 'customer service' is emails, that last one being 4 days ago, saying we've passed your query to our back office. No resolution, no advice on what to do with the item I did receive, which someone else will be waiting for. I read the website info on this business and really wanted to support an up-and-coming British venture but from the service I have received, I just can't. It's shocking. Go elsewhere. There are other places that do these types of products.
