Unprofessional and Disappointing Experience with Paradise Worldwide

As an independent artist, I had high hopes when working with Paradise Worldwide (Paradise Entertainment & Distribution GmbH), especially given their global reach and affiliation with respected industry groups. Unfortunately, my experience has been marked by delays, lack of transparency, and unfulfilled promises.

After submitting my music for distribution, I encountered significant delays in communication and payments. Even after providing all required documentation and patiently waiting through their 30-day payment cycle, I did not receive the funds owed. Multiple follow-ups were either ignored or brushed aside with vague responses.

It's especially disappointing that a company affiliated with organizations like AFEM and the Berlin Music Commission would operate this way. Artists deserve clear communication, fair treatment, and accountability—especially from companies that claim to support the independent music community.

I hope they improve their processes and treat their partners more professionally in the future. For now, I cannot recommend Paradise Worldwide to fellow artists or labels looking for a trustworthy distribution partner.

PRDS Direct (SCAM)

PRDS Direct don`t want to payout our royalties, and we made more than 385 Euros for them since 2019 even now we have not received our money. This is a SCAM! Musicians needs to be careful about this company.
:( not happy.

Paradise Worldwide (PRDS DIRECT) is a…

Paradise Worldwide (PRDS DIRECT) is a SCAM website. I used their services for one release and one EP in 2022.

By June 2023, I had accumulated €56 to withdraw, but it's been over a month now and I haven't received my payment.

I've tried contacting Paradise Worldwide through various support channels, including email, but they have all been silent. I haven't received any response, and when I contacted their Fanpage, they only viewed my messages but did not reply.

It's possible that they will scam the next person. I hope you consider this when using Paradise Worldwide's services. Their customer service is VERY POOR.
