Absolutely disgraceful service, ordered an adjustable bed for my disabled mother in law - bed arrived with major missing pieces including the motor for movement, given her disability this is a specific part needed to allow her to safely sleep, this was rectified after hounding the company, the part arrived and now when assembling the bed the drill holes for the mattress were misaligned, spoke to the company who told us an engineer would be out in 3 days, engineer never arrived, I had to contact the company AGAIN - who said that they thought it had been resolved as I hadn’t contacted them the next day - now we are currently waiting for an engineer to come out and sort it, which I was told would be the Tuesday (which is tomorrow at the time of posting) and now the company has said it would be Friday before anyone could fix it - customer service agent via message told me it wasn’t a major deal and we could use the bed as is - completely abhorrent service, and as someone who works in retail I would never treat a customer like this!

This was also the response I got from them when I advised them of the problem in which we couldn’t assemble the bed safely “ This is just hole sir and nothing major”

2 very friendly men put bed up in no time well worth paying 75 pound for building the bed I would not have a clue would highly recommend fitting 10 out of 10 for this company and delivery men

Ordered an ottoman king bed, well made, love the storage capacity of the bed and the fabric looks quality too. Delivery took 1 week which was on time and good communication with the driver on the day to make sure I was home for the delivery. Would recommend.

The quality of the bed was amazing had a comfortable sleep will recommend to family and friends - delivery driver was so helpful and good customer service also delivered on time.

wow where do I start ... I'm so impressed with this company friendly delivery guys but main company was patient with me as I was a bit difficult as I've never ordered a bed and spent so much money on Facebook before so was very skeptical but boy was I wrong and an amazing bed with such high quality turned up and i know this bed will last me years to come I have no doubt about that i would definitely recommend to anyone who wants a strong luxury bed for a fraction of the retail store prices ... I did have a few harsh words initially as I thought was a scam but am truly sorry for that and I'm glad I went through with thus purchase two guy came and delivered my bed couldn't of asked for a better process

Ordered 2 ottoman solid divan beds on the website quality was excellent and well worth the price delivery was quick and professional too, will be buying mover after Christmas thank you so much.

Purchased the Miami Wing Bed, 4ft 6 Double in Steel Plush Velvet off Facebook.

The bed arrived poorly made without feet and nothing like the one I ordered.

Contacted them to explain and eventually got ignored and blocked on Facebook.
