I have been waiting for my payout since October 31,2024. Initially for 8 weeks they responded its under review, then for 2 weeks its in final review. After that I got an email saying they are ready to pay me and then again under review. No responses since last 2 weeks.

Negative Stars this company is a FRAUD day 105 still no payout… If I can help someone pls don’t trust this company full of IGSCAMMERS… Marketers smhhh that’s how they make there money they don’t payout

Had my first pay out no problems at all, maybe took a little longer than i thought about 9 days but all was good. More than happy to take on more accounts with these. I also like using Tradelocker with them its fast becoming my go to. Stick to the rules guys and you will get paid

Do Not trade with this prop firm paradise capital. They take your money and when it’s time to payout, never happened. Been 3 months since I requested payout. They no longer respond to my text. I will now file a companion with BBB and CFPB. Stay away.

seen i got my funded account i have not been able to do my KYC they keep saying it will be fixed and i cannot request a payout until its done but nothing has been done, right now their website is down and there is no response from the support

Very disappointed with Paradise in regards to my trades that I took which closed in profits but in there system it registers as a loss. How on earth can you go in sells on gold at 2610 and it hits your stoploss at 2606 and you are at a loss screenshot the error and gave to them from their dashboard and they sent it over to IT A few weeks after I go in the dashboard I saw that the dashboard is now altered to match the loss showing I came out at 2614 veryBAD PRACTICES from this company called PARADISE CAPITAL STAY AWAY IF YOU DON'T WANT TO GET SCAMMED OR BRIBED .

I'm very Skeptical!!! For 2 weeks since Jan 13th, I've been trying to get a Payout; and I'm NOT able to because The KYC page stop working Right After filed out my name then Submit it. I've been Told through several conversations that their KYC paging is having issues. It's been 2 weeks since i reach the 20 calender days for my First Payout. and NOTHING!... I'm Skeptical

If I could give negative stars I would. This is a very shady trading company. Once you are funded after passing challenges, they will not pay you or delay payment for a very long time. I was paid once, which took about two weeks. I requested a second pay out, a week went by and usually they freeze your account. This time my account did not freeze, and I violated a trading rule while awaiting a payout. I have been waiting for an explanation about this scenario since early December. I was given a response today, that I was denied a payout since I violated this trading rule.
