I ordered some planters through a Wowcher deal but they sent me the wrong goods. It took 2/3 attempts before I got a response to send them back. I wanted them to replace with the correct goods. I had to pay for the return postage which was almost £7 despite the fault being with the company. I heard nothing further until I contacted Wowcher and threatened to make a claim in the small claims court. The company got off scott free as Wowcher have given me a credit. Steer clear of this company and hope they go bust

Stay well clear of this company they are huge scammers will take your money but will not refund once you've sent the item back!!!

I contacted Paragon by phone to report a missing part and spoke to Adam. He sent the part out immediately and I received it less than 24 hours later. Adam was really helpful and I'm really happy with the customer service and the product.

Ordered plastic greenhouse but several parts were missing.
Tried several times to contact them but all emails ignored. Telephone line not operating. Awarded one star as it did at least arrive.

Purchased items of this company and they were fake. Stay clear!

I bought an illuminated bird bath/feeder from this company through eBay, under the name of (go-greatdeals). And although it arrived swiftly the instructions were impossible to follow.

The gist of what I told this company:
I am unable to complete assembly of your bird bath as I have either received a defective unit or parts are missing or the instructions were written by somebody who doesn't understand English. Please replace the unit (checking all parts beforehand), because as things are if I use 'Superglue' I might just end up with a passable bird table.
Their reply:
"Hi many thanks for your email and sorry to hear that you are unable to assemble it but its very easy and straight forward i could send you some videos to watch for easy assembly?"

The gist of my reply:
I would be more than happy if you would include clear instructions. For example, how is it possible to fit 4 batteries? Where do they go and how are they connected to the light? I think videos are a good idea, please send them or point me to where I can watch them.
Their Reply:
To replace the battery, unscrew and remove the solar light (I) unscrew the cap and ensure the switch is
in the OFF position.
Remove the old battery and replace the battery, secure the cap.
Ensure the correct polarity is observed when replacing the battery.
Replace the solar light (I) and tighten securely.

The gist of my reply:
You say BATTERY, singular, however, the instructions that I have states BATTERIES, actually four in series. I am invited to: "Place 4x batteries (I) into the supporting panel (H). Connect the batteries (I) together in series and secure using 4x screw (N).
Their Reply:
"That must be a mistake from printing staff please ignore, the batterys are already inserted so not sure what you trying to say?"

"...not sure what you trying to say?" I think that might be because you don't understand English. So I was sent the wrong instructions?
