Hi Sarah,
The name of the winner comes up on the screen in text for everybody to read during the live draw, we then post the winners on our website and across all our social media pages, as well as emailing out a list of winners if you are signed up to our mailing list. You can also turn on subtitles from your side on your device.
A 2 star review feels a little harsh as I really don't know what more we could do from our side in this case.

We can see you have entered one of our competitions and opted in to email marketing.
Every email has an opt out link at the very top. You haven’t opted out, and then have come to Trustpilot to leave a review under a fake name.
We’re not sure of the reasoning for this, but we have now permanently closed your Paragon account.
We understand it’s frustrating when you don’t win, but as you know, it’s a game of luck and it’s out of our control who wins. All draws are conducted live using an independently verified drawing service.

All results are on the 'Results' area of our website for everybody to see, as well as being posted across our social media pages and emailed out to everybody subscribed to our email list. The live draw video also remains on Facebook to be watched back, and the public records are available to view from the independently verified drawing service we use (Random Picker).
I'm not too sure how you've arrived at the conclusion that it's a scam as everything is proven beyond any doubt whatsoever. Due to your defamatory and untrue accusation, we have permanently closed your Paragon account and you are no longer welcome to play.
