An Excellent 'all round' experience!
A problem with an 11 year old iMac was proving difficult to repair with most Computer Service providers unable to assist.
A call to Paragon Cosultants was met with total confidence as regards the options available to save our iMac.
The call was made in the morning and the Computer dropped off that afternoon for examination. In less than 24hrs the hard drive was replaced and we were 'live' again! Unfortunately it was not possible to transfer the information from the old drive to the new. I have the disk and it could be sent away for further examinatio but at quite a hefty cost! A few teething problems were quickly sorted by means of 'remote' access. Rob and Nerys were particularly helpful and always ready to take the time to assist. Knowing they are there to help if anything else goes wrong is a massive bonus! Courteous, Helpful, Knowledgeable, Reliable and prepared to go the extra mile. What more could you want. Diolch!
