I made a purchase a couple of weeks ago and they sent it to me immediately, they responded super fast to an email I sent them, customer service would give them a 10. Quality product, I bought 4 bags of product for cyanotopia and a digital weight, it arrived in Edinburgh the next day and super well packaged. A 10 overall, I will buy again more times...
