We had ordered a phone that was on a hot deal and the delivery time was approx 7 to 12 working days by the time we got it it had been a month worth of working days and when we checked the phone it said it had 4gb ram when we had ordered the 8gb version definitely do not recommend

SCAMMERS! Sold us a phone which died after two months despite all my previous phones lasting me 7 years+ before changing out. Took them to court and won, they were instructed to refund me the full cost and they got to keep the phone in return. However 1 month later and still no refund despite multiple phone calls following up. Now they are saying they are going to dispute it with the court so we have no phone and no money. BUNCH OF THEIVES. DO NOT USE!!!!!!

These guys have got to be one of the worst Cowboy outfits in retail NZ, I’m surprised their biggest promo isn’t Snake Oil. Deal with Parallel Imported at your peril, as the transaction will be perilous. I’ve had the misfortune and displeasure of ordering a CMF/nothing watch thru this outfit, and altho getting assurances of regular updates, I got diddly then when you email them they blatantly ignore messages, keeping you in the dark even longer. They must have known early on in the transaction they could not fulfil the order but made me wait the 12 working days, (just shy of 3 weeks) until they finally admitted defeat. My 1 star rating is for the eventual (prompt as they call it), refund which took an entire week.
I wouldn’t deal with these cowboys again if they were the last retailer in the country. BEWARE!! They definitely do not deserve your hard earned or to be in business in NZ !

I ordered a phone case from their website. They shipped me a case for the wrong model of the same phone, with a different case design than the one I ordered.
Ringing support was a good experience: they said they would ship a new case (leaving me with a case that *mostly* fit my model in the meantime, just with camera cutouts that were bigger than my camera).
However, they said the case I ordered was out of stock (despite it having been listed on their website when I ordered it) and expected a ~2 week delay for restock. They gave me the option of them sending me a different case design (for the right model) or sending me the one I originally ordered when they restocked. They refunded me $10 (around half what I paid, ignoring shipping) due to these issues.

Bought a phone case they advertised when it turned up it was for the right brand wrong phone, contacted them numerous times and they said they wd send it, still not received and now they r not replying... Will never buy from them again

Don't waste your time, I bought a cell phone to give as a gift. In 10 days I had no news. I wrote several times asking, their final answer was that my cell phone would never arrive! However, they continued promoting the cell phone on their page so that more people would buy something they were never going to have! Very bad service!

Ordered two Samsung branded screen protectors. A month later still not received. Contacted them. Said items not being delivered was an error and they would provide a refund as well as shipping items to me. I received the refund but the items that arrived were completely different from what I had ordered and for a different phone model, so of no use whatsoever. Feels like a scam advertising product in-stock when they aren't. First and last time ordering anything from them.

Ordered a watch from Parallel Imported. Nearly immediately after ordering they sent me an email stating that the status had changed to 'awaiting shipment'. Two weeks later they sent me an email stating that 'trying to source your watch for the past couple of weeks and we have not been able to' but had a spare of the next model up which they would swap. I of course said yes. They then said that this would cost extra. At this point I asked for a refund. To Parallel Imported's credit the refund was prompt. However they stuffed me around and were dishonest with both the availability of the watch and swapping for another model. I will not shop with them again.

Absolutely horrific to deal with. Purchased a Google Pixel Phone. This was a "HOT" item. Nowhere on the website was it stated as backorder/order in. After ordering i got a separate email from their online orders email saying 7-12 working days before shipment. This was on August 1st 2023. It's been a month at this point. Any communication has been from me reaching out to them. Twice I have been told "It will be here next week" only to get complete radio silence. The latest is it has been left out of the order by their supplier. Righto... I call BS. I have asked for a refund but once again, no contact about this or any confirmation that a refund is being processed.

DO NOT BUY FROM PARALLEL IMPORTED. They will not provide the service you havw paid for. They are impossible to work with and support are as good as useless.

DO NOT BUY THEIR PHONES THEY ARE DUDS… If there was a zero star that’s what I’d give, they are the worst dealers, they sent me a phone with a broken seal, said it was for quality checking, lies, I bet they steal the parts out and sell those seperate and put in dud parts, anyway the phone took over 3 weeks to get to me, when I got it, it had broken seals, then on day 2 of use the phone started making a high pitched sound and wouldn’t stop until I turned the thing off, so I returned it to them, they refused me a refund saying they couldn’t replicate the fault and that I was just having a change of mind DISGUSTING!! Kevin was his name, such a liar he is, now they are sending back to me a dud I paid over 480 for a Samsung Galaxy M32 THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN FOR THEIR SCAMMING

The service in store was incredible and the device is working like a dream!

I purchased an item, and then was told it was not available and we agreed on me getting a refund.
25 days after the initial request for refund, including follow up emails on when I would get the refund, I finally comment on this slow and lack of refund here on Trust Pilot. The next day the refund was posted back to my card via PayPal.

Product not as advertised. Customer service not answering my questions, still trying too resolve this issue.

Online support are helpful; has a great range of products and you can save a significant amount of money if you don't mind waiting a week or two. Afterpay is a bonus too.
