Excellent customer service. I had an issue concerning the water bottle I purchased. I contacted them and they replaced it no questions asked. The water bottle is very durable and the ECG graphics of the upmost quality and the seals under the lid are excellent quality as well.

Flash Card:
The cards contain very useful concise information in a unique design.
A couple of important recommendations I would suggest for the flash cards are the following: For each medication list what fluid(s) the medications are compatible in and what is the recommended time to administer the medication over.

These cards are amazing and not only have the medications but some tips and study questions. Thank you!

I ordered the paramedic book and flash cards over 2 weeks ago. The flash cards came in like 4 or 5 days which was cool and expected the book to arrived within the next few days or so but after 10 days I emailed customer service and they responded that the book is being packaged and will email me a tracking number. 5 days later and no email and a tracking number. I emailed them again and no response. Emailed again and no response again. There's no number to call and it's kind of ridiculous that I paid 120 bucks for this book that they are not sending or emailing me back about. Pretty upset as the product looks like it will help me with paramedic school and passing my NREMT exam but this customer service is a joke.

Fantastic product. Incredibly fast shipping. Very well organized. 10/10 would recommend and definitely watching this company for future products.

Customer service is quick and precise

Ordered the NREMT Mastery Bundle — received my products sooner than promised. The flash cards are sturdy, easy to read and concise.
There was a typo on my end when the order was placed. I contacted customer service to address the issue and access the PDF Study Guides etc, I received a response within 2 hours and they resolved the issue in minutes. Top tier product AND service. Would definitely recommend to others.

I think this book is going to be very concise and helpful, however there were some billing issues that I did not appreciate. I ordered a single book that was listed on sale at just over $100. Then they had the pharmaceutical medication book posted as a separate purchase but it had "1" marked in the box that was for the number of books ordered.I didn't want it right now so I tried to click it back to zero. It would not do it and I spent the next half hour trying to cancel this book that I hadn't even ordered without success. Any way I figured I'd go ahead with the order and try to contact customer service on Monday but I was surprised when the final price was over $200! And all I had ordered myself was the Paramedic/Ems success book. I went ahead with the order because I really wanted that book but it bothers me that they have the pharmacology book already filled in on the number wanted then have it fixed so you can't cancel or delete it from the order. Customers should be able to order what they want without being charged for things they don't want.

These paramedic flash cards gives you the need to know information to help retain important information about the drugs. The amount of information in these cards is so vast and so helpful! Definitely worth the money! I look forwards to the new flash cards coming out in the near future.

They are for my grandson and if passes the exam they are worth the money!

Great information! The best flash cards I’ve ever had!

First of all the products are incredible! A coworker of mine bought the cards, and I was so impressed I needed to have a set of my own. I ordered the bundle with the water bottle, cards and online PDF files. Even though I’ve been a medic for a long time now, I love to keep up my knowledge and skills. The amount of information in these cards is so vast and so helpful! I’m excited to go through the online stuff. Truly the products speak for themselves.
Let me touch on the customer service a bit. I didn’t receive my package even though the tracking showed it was delivered: I spoke with Joane T. with the customer service team. She was incredibly helpful, looked into the issue, and swiftly fixed the problem. I got my package soon after. Very refreshing to have such a great experience with customer service. The flashcards finally arrived and I can say I am truly happy that we finally received them. The only thing I can say negative it that I wish the font size was larger. Outside of that they contain exactly what my daughter needs to get familiar with medications as she continues her pursuit of becoming a nurse.
