We spent time looking through Paramount Bathrooms site to choose the best one for us. Ordering was easy. They even agreed to sending a longer top so it could be customised to fit. Delivered as promised, everything was smooth and easy.

Impressive customer service, great quality furniture with affordable prices. I have ordered bathroom set. Monse was extremely helpful, answered all my questions, promptly responded to all my emails. All samples have been delivered next day. Despite, mislead by the pictures, I haven’t spotted some minor inconvenience in the design, I think overall service was very good. I took of one star for complete lack of updates on progress with order and delivery. I had to chase for the information and delivery service was horrible. No information whatsoever, on Wednesday while in the office I received text messages “ Hi I have a delivery for you at … please call back or I’ll have to return it” my poor husband was left with pallet of furniture on the street in the front of our building.

Have been dealing with Monse for replacement bathroom furniture.

The design drawing and 3D renders allowed me to really get a feel for the finished look.

They were very patient particularly as I changed colour schemes a few times and changed the render.

Delivery was flexible working around my schedule which was very helpful and appreciated.

Slight issue with the order however being resolved as I write.

Would recommend Paramount Bathrooms and use them again.

My bathroom units arrived brilliantly packaged on a pallet in perfect condition. The units are really well made and are extremely sturdy. I had one small issue which Oliver sorted out very efficiently. I will certainly be buying more stuff from Paramount.

I had two problems to solve:
1. I needed to replace some facias and panels in a kitchen, getting as close a match as possible, with exact measurements to fit (Living in a flat there is very limited space to work in).
2. I needed two tall larder cupboards (partially bespoke) to replace an old utility cupboard, with filler panels made to measure. The colour match was important as well.
I was working solo, so had ordered everything to be made/cut to size, limiting work onsite. The larder cabinets were 2.15m tall and I bought a fantastic product called Fitters' Mate which helped me put the cabinets in place without help, and without the legs snapping. Well worth it and one to recommend.
The units were of different depths from the standard, and from each other, due to maximising the existing space. These fitted perfectly, and were easy to set up and fix in place. Side panels and fillers were excellent, too.
The colour match to what was already installed was incredibly close, and when I replaced a damaged dishwasher drawerline door and boiler cabinet panels, the colours showed no discernible difference from the previous units and panels.
The end result was brilliant, as good as I could expect. The order process was through a dialogue with Oliver, who deserves a special mention, and his patience with my confirming every detail made onsite cutting minimal (to fit around existing skirting).
I was rather hoping to post some pictures, but it doesn't seem to be available as I write this - if the option does appear, I will add them.

One word of caution to those ordering tall units: Palletline, the delivery service was unable to unload the double pallet package (the tall units were horizontal) via the truck lift, so the pallet had to be unpacked on the truck and the driver and I handled the items to two friends through the side of the truck. If you have friends on hand or builders to fit the units, fine, but one to note if not. The driver was on his own and without further help, it would not have been possible.

Great design service. Prompt delivery exactly according to the agreed timescale. Very helpful service when addressing minor issues with the order. Furniture looks lovely and the construction is robust. The units are competitively priced.

I was looking for a bathroom furniture supplier, on line. Most seem to only do fixed unit sets or a limited set of fitted ones. There were a few but Paramount Bathrooms were best for the range and price.

I visited them, in Gosport, and was impressed by the quality of the furniture. Staff were very helpful when I visited and also with putting together my order.

Delivered on time and in a very professional manner. The driver was excelent all the packages labelled correctly which made it very easy to put them where they needed to go. Probably one of the easiest deliveries I have taken for a while!

We bought 3 units and bath panels from Paramount, great selection of sizes and colours. The units were very good quality and love the fact you don’t have to build them. They look great. Issue with one panel but replaced no problem.

We ordered our new bathroom from Paramount and it's turned out really well. They kept us advised on delivery dates etc and everything came on time. We subsequently needed one extra item and they arranged next day delivery which really helped. Ou bathroom fitter was happy with the quality and we were happy with the look so all good.

As a bathroom installer I can easily tell these are really well made quality products made in the uk and great customer service to go with it. Good communication and friendly helpful staff. Only thing to keep working on is shorter lead times but they are popular for a reason lots of options and products so can see why they are so busy. Happy to use and recommend paramount bathrooms

Been communicating with this company for around 4 months designing what is best for our downstairs toilet room.
Found the company very supportive. They even produced a computer generated image of what the room would look like and were always able to answer my questions and put me at ease.
All my dealings have been with Oliver who has been nothing short of exceptional.
I am really happy with this company and look forward to the ordering arriving and been fitted. I intend to use them again for another bathroom project next year.

We've just fitted bathroom units supplied by Paramount. We think its an excellent product. Firstly the service was friendly and efficient, secondly the price was extremely competitive and thirdly the aftersales service was second to none. They modified units to suit our circumstances (removed drawers and added shelves) so that everything fitted to suit us. We had a couple of issues with a couple of panels but these were replaced with no questions asked. We couldn't be happier with our bathroom.

We just had our new kitchen from Paramount installed and we are absolutely thrilled with the result! The units are incredibly solid and heavy, with a high quality feel. The installer was so impressed he said he'd be looking to use them himself instead of his usual Howdens choice. We love the look and feel of the kitchen, it has totally transformed our home. We would highly recommend Paramount for anyone looking for a great quality, stylish kitchen.

I recently purchased the bathroom cabinets and was pleasantly surprised by the quality. They were built so well that it was quite difficult to get them upstairs, but the effort paid off in the end. I wish they could have been flat-packed so that transporting them would have been easier, but overall I am satisfied with my purchase. The cabinets look great and they are very sturdy. I'm sure they will last a long time and will continue to look good for years to come.
