The team handled my building control queries and successful secured approval for my retrospective application, which had been previously rejected. I'm grateful for there support throughout the process.

I had rate them 4 star, as I feel the final project should have been shared with me first before requesting payment. However, their aftercare and post customer services were excellent and to be fair, everything was clearly explained from the start. Good job overall.

ParamountBuilt delivers highly quality design work, although the process did take slightly longer than i had initially expected. That said, I'm pleased to have received approval from my local council in the end.

In the end we received documents butt process required patience, most effect dealing difficult with team. They respond on email after 16 hours.

AVOID AT ALL COST - FOR EVERYTHING!. Do not use this company. They are dishonest, unprofessional, and completely incompetent. Job still not completed, refund still pending. I was pressured into making payments for services that were not required, communication has been poor, there has been no transparency. I believe many of the positive reviews are fake (except for the paid ones). This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with a company, and I strongly advise others to stay away. ParamountBUILT is a highly professional firm. I have used them for boundary wall dispute with my neighbors on the right side. The have ticked all the marks.
1. physical survey was arranged within 2 days
2. prepared the high standard report with in a week

Paramount Built has still not returned a promised refund of £200 deposit for a Specific Fault Inspection at a flat in Oxford in Dec 2024. Following numerous email exchanges, in April I posted a complaint on Trustpilot and the company immediately replied on the site with a promise to refund. That didn't happen and my 1-star post was later removed. They pocketed my deposit without doing the inspection, as they have kept promising to refund (I have the emails) without fulfilling. Whether this is fraud or deception I'm not sure. But this is the company you are dealing with. Be warned!

This was my second time hiring them this time for a crack inspection. The team carried out a through assessment and clearly explained the root case and potentional impact. There technical knowledge and logical approach gave me full confidence in the next steps. They have proved why i trust them with my property needs.

Got help with an outstanding design and it went really well. The team understood what i needed and provided clear drawings and advice. Everything was done on time and professionally. Made the whole process easier, recommend.

Exceptionally bad

1- the drawings had door at the wrong place

2- steel beam rating over a door

3- suggesting a concrete lentil over a 2m bifold door that bears an entire floor over it

4- suggesting a steel spreader over a wooden lintel

Anyone who is qualified would not propose any of the above. If my builder hadn’t questioned they would have messed the entire houses structure up. My project is delayed by 2 weeks due to these idiots so please avoid at any cost

I hired Paramountbuilt hoping they had guide me through the process of getting planning permission for converting and old barn on our farm. Part of the process required a detailed floor plan and that where things fell apart.
The barn is about 48.5 ft * 15.5 ft, with one side significantly higher than the other around 3-4ft. I explained clearly that i was thinking of a split level design maybe even a mezzanine floor above the lower section and an open plan kitchen, dinning and lounge area.

But instead of getting any real guidance or practical support, i felt completely stuck. I had no clue how to get the most out of the space and paramountbuilt give proper advice or direction. I paid for a services but got close to what i needed even a clear starting point. It felt like they expected me to already know what to do. If i already knew how to design floor plans. I trusted them with my project. I will updated soon

I am currently building a house in the London and finding out the right lighting for our kitchen island was driving me crazy, esecially with all the strict building regulations here.
The island is long over 14 fit and has 2 levels: 1 for the sink and 1 for a breakfast bar that's slightly higher. Our ceilings are quite low about 8.5 fit and because of a steel beam, we are limited to just Two light points above the island no room for a third.

Between the ceiling height the tall faucet the two island levels, and my tall husband 6'3'', i had no idea what kind of lighting would actually work, i was also unsure about, industrial style pendant lights would hang too low, black views, splashing from the sink could be a problem and large island with only fixtures.

That's when i turned to paramountbuilt and they were fantastic. They understand the local Building Regulations and gave me practical tailored advice. They resolved our restrictions problems, brightness cluttering space. They completed there work on the time. Thanks Team.
