Junk!

I bought their Coast22 (their biggest drawing tablet) for $499.00 in January 2019. Hardly ever used it. I think I made something like 3-4 drawings on it. It stood on my desk and broke itself. I turned it on and the screen was acting weird and then went all white.

I contacted Parblo and they told me they couldn't help me because it had been more than a year since I brought the thing. They'd replace the monitor at my own expense, which would run at something like $200 + shipment to and from China.

I can't recommend them at all. Their products are cheap Chinese knock-offs of Wacom and their customer service is garbage. I wasted $500 on this junk.

Great Customer Service

I was having an issue with my art tablet and the customer service helped fix my tablet. The customer service was fast and responded under 24hrs and really good and the products are well made and feel high quality. I purchased the A640 V2 and I am enjoying it.

Save your money, buy Wacom...

I'm having the same pressure sensitivity issues as some other reviewers, I do get a graph like option but when I move that around I have two options, have my pen act like I am right clicking every time I draw a line but with pressure. Or have my lines all be the same thickness and not having a screen constantly pop up. Besides that my drawing program/laptop constantly freezes up so the whole process is incredibly tedious. I can't find a working solution to these problems anywhere and am getting fed up with this piece of scrapyard junk.
I own the coast16, it worked fine in the beginning but as time goes on it works less and less as advertised and I now wish I had spent my birthday money on Wacom, a brand I have worked with before and one I trust completely.

The graphics monitor Mast13 works perfectly through USB C cable and also through USB + HDMI cables (connected to computer through Display Port to HDMI adapter).

One con: The monitor surface is scratched easily by the original pen.

It is a great tablet, great brand

This is my first graphics tablet, I am not an illustrator, and note-taking is my main use of the A640 BUT for what it is, it is great! I couldn't ask for a better use of $30 for a graphics tablet.

I am impressed with the simplicity, the quality of construction, and the performance. I love the intuitive interface for customizing the key fu Read more about review stating Great Value/Quality!nctions. It is offers plenty of customization for my needs. I predominately use it with Blubeam Revu and Evernote.

At last, I want to thank you for the support team in helping me with the setup, which is very easy but I just had some wrong operating.

Refund Policy Response

I am very grateful for Parblo's customer service. I was able to cancel all orders with full refund, when I no longer needed the product. They've responded just after one day of order cancellation request and after I responded to confirm the cancellation from their response, they've immediately cancelled my order after a few hours and will fully refund my money after 48 hours.

Thank you very much for your support Parblo Customer Service.
I'll give a 10 Stars if that was possible.

Works pretty great, the sensibility is a bit different in comparison, but it's only a matter or getting used to it.
The one thing i think it needs is a better UI for the driver software, it's pretty raw and not very intuitive.
Other than that, it's a pretty great tool.

I upgraded the operating system on my Mac which required me to have to update several applications including the drivers for my Coast 22 Graphics Monitor. Finding the drivers was a "less than enjoyable" experience but once I had them I thought I was in business. Apparently I am an old dog and need to learn a new trick because I couldn't get the new drivers to work.

I contacted Parblo support and they were EXTREMELY helpful in helping me resolve my issue. We emailed back and fourth several times and I still had no luck getting this to work.

We set up a time to connect via Skype and Team Viewer (so they could remote into my computer) and they fixed the issue!

Long story short, USE THE UNINSTALL icon that comes with the drivers. DON'T just drag them to the trash.

THANK YOU PARBLO SUPPORT! I love my graphics monitor and hope to use it for many many years to come!

While the support section on the website leaves much to be desired, the instructions and information provided by the support staff was incredible detailed and helpful, to the point that I am confused as to why it isn't included on the page to begin. Experience With The Parblo Mast 10

I got the Parblo Mast 10 for Christmas a while back. Best tablet I have had so far. There are some minor problems. Color is off. Different color on the tablet then with my laptop. Also it doesn't quite work well with some drawing programs. Have to duplicate the screen just to draw. Also the wires seem to bend easily. I try my best to take care of everything I have, but the wire for the screen itself messed up and had to replace it. That in itself was hard. Had to go through customer service/support to know if I could get a new wire. I wasn't told a clear answer until about 5 emails in, even then I didn't know where to buy one until I was finally told via the 6 email. Also setting it up was sort of hard at first. Came no with disk with the drive on it. Even when I found the drive took forever. Other than all that, I love the tablet. Sure, there are cons with it. However, probably the best screen tablet I can get at the moment that is less than a thousand dollars. I get what I get for a tablet that is $300 with a screen.

No Pressure Sensitivity, No Support

Unfortunately, this device can't cope with a laptop that has its own touch screen or stylus.. I have no control over its pressure sensitivity (the screen grabs around the web show a pressure curve my latest driver doesn't have) and the Parblo support staff are unable to help - all they can say is claiming that it would be the same with other brands and that the device has to be un-used and in its original packaging to return it.
I'm still hoping to find a solution.. Maybe a future driver update will allow me to adjust the pressure sensitivity.

inconsistent and aggravating money saver

The money saved is not worth the time wasted. I had to sell my old Wacom to be able to afford the bigger drawing space of the A610. Worst mistake I made. I miss the reliable and dependable software that came with the Wacom most of all. Parblo's drivers are a bit of a wild card. I can never get it to work on the first try like i did with my Wacom. The routine goes like so:
Boot up
Log in
move styles pen to see if its working
check drivers
re install drivers (it reboot the pc after its done)
boot up
Log in
move styles pen to see if its working
....
to save space and time I'll sum it up. I repeat this up to 3 to 4 times depending on how lucky I get with it working how it should. By the time it works I lost my drawing idea.

Great Affordable Tablet

I received the Parblo Coast 13 back in May of this year, and this tablet is an absolute dream to work on. It is basically a more affordable alternative to the Wacom Cintiq13HD (which I own as well) at half the price, and I’m very surprised at how effortless it is to use. It’s actually more portable than my Cintiq because it doesn’t need to be plugged into the wall (heck yeah, man, drawing on the go)
I absolutely love the 8 hot keys it comes with – especially the rotating rocker ring in the middle to adjust brush sizes/zoom in and out. The battery-free pen is light and comfortable to use as well, and it even has a button on the side and an eraser on the opposite end which is very helpful.
Their support team is super nice and always ready to help, which I appreciate. So if you're on the lookout for an affordable display tablet, I'd certainly consider making Parblo your guy.
All in all, I've loved drawing on this tablet ever since I got it, and I definitely look forward to what else Parblo has in store in the future.
I also have a light review/set-up video for those who are interested on my YouTube channel: V. Olson

The Coast16 is it the Best for LOW Budget?

I've been working and traveling with the coast16 for about a month now and so far except for a small struggle at the installation (drivers), it does the job pretty well.

Even if it's quite thin, (14.5mm thick and almost 16Inch) the coast16 does not fit in all backpack so be ready to spend a few extra pounds to get yourself a laptop bag if you don't have one already.
The screen is ok, 1920/1080(HD) with a matt and smooth finish giving a quite nice feeling when drawing, 8192 pressure level, 72% sRGB and only 50% aRGB to compare the Wacom Cintiq Pro 16 (at around 1.800£) got 94%aRGB, not the best but for the price you can't really complaint.
The screen got also a bit of parallax giving a distance of 2-3mm between the pen and the cursor, just so you know this happens for every cheap tablet only tablet like Wacom (meaning expensive) don't have any parallax but again we are on a low budget here and you will get quite used to it.
The tablet got 8 Buttons entirely customizable which is good but I wish for a future update to have buttons customizable for each software.

Let's talk now about the pen Finally, we have here a pen battery FREE! No need to charge it anymore instead now we have a button on a top to use as an eraser (photoshop user) the pen is light and really comfortable and you get an extra button on a side (some people are used to have 2 buttons)

And now the Driver, well cleary old gen even if you get everything you need to customize for your tablet the software clearly need some update by example if you are left-handed (like me) you have to custom upside down each button which took me about 10 min instead of 5 and again you cannot custom your button for each software but only in general, it doesn't cost anything to program the buttons for each software (I'm talking to you PARBLO!)

In the end, The Coast16 got everything you need it's well designed functional robust with a nice feeling when you touch it and almost current gen...
The coast 16 will please every low budget artist Illustrator or 3D modeler.

Pro
+Really Cheap
+8button customizable
+thin and transportable
Con
-not really practical for left-handed
-The driver need to be updated
-screen color a bit washed
