Absolutely appalling service.
Arranged for a collection to return an item.
Said package was collected was meant to be delivered next day. Nearly a week later still not arrived chased package to be informed it had been severely damaged. Contacted parcel compare and now nearly 3 weeks later still NO contact about compensation. Will never ever use this service again.
UPDATE finally someone contacted us but firstly their emails did not make sense and claimed they had lost ther parcel and were investigating this. When this was not the case at all it was not lost it had been destroyed. Then to be contacted and told we had not packaged it correctly which was completely incorrect. It was in it's original manufacture packaging. We're now over £200 out of pocket no compensation offered.

Used this service many many times. Now Impossible to contact this company. Avoid. They have no support, no tel, emails are all donotreply and contact us is an AI live chat that only works if you already have a tracking number and even with a genuine tracking number it wont accept the email account despite them sending a confirmation of the email they used on the account to process the order.
Its stuck in a COMPUTER SAYS NO LOOP. If anything goes wrong you are totally stuck since they refuse any and all communication forms. You cant even see login on their home page to login into your account at the moment. VERY POOR

Delivery to Australia went fine, then 4 weeks later received a charge for dimentions of the parcel. This was taken from my account the next day. 2 weeks later a charge for the same amount plus another lesser charge was removed with no consultation or notice. This seems to be common practice with this company as they even have it in their frquently asked questions!!
4 weeks in,lots of emails informing me they are looking into it, still waiting for resukt

So used this service and my parcel was supposed to be delivered by ups who lost my parcel in France and I am still waiting for the refund it has been 3months. Unbelievable! You pay £££ for the service and this is how they treat your parcel. Better avoid them!

Parcelcompare has formally denied my refund request based on a factually incorrect claim. In their email dated 6th March, they state that 'Customs clearance... was not completed until Saturday the 28th February.'
I have provided official FedEx tracking proving Customs cleared the shipment at 00:33 on Friday, 27th February. They have provided false information to avoid a legitimate refund for a service failure.
Done trying to negotiate, will be initiating chargeback.
I paid nearly £40 for FedEx International Priority (Ref: 889099325861) on Thursday 26th Feb. with a guaranteed delivery of Friday, 27th Feb. The package has still not arrived as of Monday, 2nd March.
The delay was due to the Memphis Hub chemical spill—a known operational failure within the FedEx network. Despite this being an internal logistics issue (not an exempt weather event) and the fact that FedEx has officially reinstated money-back guarantees for this service, ParcelCompare refused my refund.
Even worse, they accepted my "Priority" payment while the spill was already a known issue, failing to warn me that the deadline was unattainable. This is a breach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (failure to provide service with reasonable care and skill).
I am currently being told that because I didn't buy an "optional guarantee," I am not entitled to the service level I specifically paid for. This is misleading and unacceptable. I expect a full refund of the £40 premium immediately

Delivered 3 days late. Still no refund for the 'Priority' premium despite the breach of contract. Disputing with my bank now and will report to Trading Standards. The response from ‘Jane’ is meaningless, yes I have an open case but as of today they are still refusing to refund me 🤷♀️

i dint understand why giving fake information to people again and again. i came to your office which is mentioned in the website postcode. And when I asked the office, they said you are just registered company with them. But you don’t have any activities or they trade me they’re not responsible for any of your dealings so I don’t understand why you using that postcode and diverting the people when you system is deducting the money from each account you know deducted and which account it was deducted and which Bank through so why can’t you refund if it goes error or anything else? You just wasting the time of the people and just trying to divert, but everyone now understand this site is just fake. My money was deducted on 26th January from my Monzo bank account around early morning 12.11am. what is the proof I need to give you if you do some mistake? Just try to accept. Don’t try to give explanation for nothing and you need to refund that money back to my bank account.

Not delivering my parcel for over 2 months and half and also the funniest thing they are asking me for more money to return my parcel back home while I paid them to deliver somewhere else and they didn’t absolutely scammers. I wish there could be a zero review for them. They don’t deserve even one

Parcel dropped off at Collection point on 14th February 10.36. It is showing as still there. The parcel was supposed to be delivered on 23rd February and hasn't appeared. I have tried to find out myself what happened to this parcel. The shop staff told me yesterday the parcel was returned but dont know what that means. It certainly wasn't returned to me and I was not given any indication by text or email it had been returned. I have raised an action which they said i would get an email with tracer number. The only email I got was a copy of the transcript of the conversation with the online message bot. No notification of the action number. I did copy it down but it looks incomplete. Over £30 spent to get a parcel delivered in 9 days and 14 days later they do not even know where my parcel is. Over £50 out of pocket plus hours of my time knitting the contents of the parcel. I certainly will not use this service in the future.
They were agent for UPS As it is a third party it is very difficult getting anyone to take responsibility for the situation or axtualky get someone to talk in petson to about the situation.
I would advise that you just go directly to parcel company rather than use this comparison site

Don’t ever use Parcel Compare. It’s a terrible service — no phone contact number, no live human chat, and no customer support at all.
I sent a parcel to China on 4th February, and delivery was promised within 10–12 days. Today is 27th February, and it’s still not delivered.
In the future, always choose the courier directly from their official website. Avoid these cheating middlemen — they don’t care about customers and offer no real help when something goes wrong.

I used Parcelcompare to send a gift to a friend in South Africa. I chose UPS as they were the cheapest. Parcel collected the next day and arrived quickly in 5 days. The issue was incorrect value for shipment. This is something I would take care with as I put £15 value for the shipment. There were 9 items in the shipment so for some reason the value of £15 was applied to each , making the shipment value of £135 which was incorrect.
I emailed parcelcompare after UPS would not help with this problem. I was impressed to get a response from parcelcompare that same day from Anshul Kishor who was extremely helpful and altered the customs form for me and is forwarding to UPS. I was impressed with his customer service .

I send a parcel to Greece. Parcel arrived in Thessaloniki but FeDex did not have clearance agent. Only in Athens they have. Reciepient ended to pay 150 euros extra to a third party agent in order to clear a parcel that its value was for 30. SHAME TO FED EX SHAME TO PARCELCOMPARE. WORST OF ALL? Parcelcompare doesnt have customers service telephone number OR EMAIL.

NEVER, EVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY! They will scam you big time! If I could give them -5, I would.
Booked a FedEx shipment to USA through them in November based on their online quote. In December they charged my card again, claiming the measurements or weight I entered for my parcel were wrong. I measured and weighed the parcel before dispatching it and took photos of the actual measurements, so I knew they were scamming me, but because it was a relatively small amount of £6.91, I let it go. Now I know I shouldn't have, as yesterday (end of February) they charged me again £58.80, claiming that the importer refused to pay import duty. How is it my problem? The company should have returned my parcel back to me in that situation, not force the unpaid charges onto me! I did not give permission for my card to be charged again at any point, and it looks like once they get hold of your payment details, it's free rein with no warning!
I will be taking my dispute with the credit card provider now and blocking ParcelCompare from charging my card ever again.

They have taken my payment and then stopped the delivery telling me I need a EROI number.
Makes no sense and it’s a scam to take payment and not deliver.
Just pay the extra and use a parcel company directly.

Absolute scam! Tracking number doesn’t exist, neither do options an AI bot tells you to press. Say their system is down and you can’t get refund without ‘support ticket’ which also is rubbish.
Contacted Parcel force who I chose to pick up+ deliver, no record of it ever being booked.
DO NOT USE. Reported to Action Fraud. One thing I have noticed is that on all the reviews, not once have parcel compare offered to rectify things.

I sent a Parcel to France, had to pay extra for custom. The recipient received a message saying the parcel will be deliver today, they were home and never saw anyone.
No other message. I wasn't aware but didn't received any message telling me that the parcel was waiting to be reschedule. or that they were going to send it back. So I received it back 2 week later and now they want me to pay a fee because they return it. Waste of time and money!

I booked a 24 hour collection and delivery 6 days later still no sign of my parcel being collected. You cannot speak to anyone. They make it as hard as possible to contact them. Absolutely awful
