Very Poor
Very Poor. 3 packages not collected for 5 days despite staying in and waiting collection. Parcel monkey's helpline was totally unhelpful. Contact by Chat / email and often took up to 15 hours to receive a response back and even then, my questions were ignored.
Would definitely not recommend.

We can see from the carrier's tracking details, your package has been picked up from the drop-off point on the 18th of Nov and the first attempt the delivery was made on the 24th, unfortunately, the premises were closed, after the second attempt of non-delivery, the package was finally delivered on the 28th. Please note that the estimated days of delivery for the service you have chosen is 2 to 5 business days delivery, therefore the service has been provided despite the delivery premises was closed.

Newer deliver on time
I don't know if it ever happened that ups delivered on time. I know this service for more than a year now and the estimated date of delivery NEVER matched the real delivery date. Especially if they estimate it for Friday. Last experience: they received my box on Monday and estimated to bring it on Friday (!) when delivery inside the country is normally around 1-2 working days. Ok, I waited 5 days to receive Friday morning a message that they reprogrammed it for next Monday. Damn guys what are you were doing for all this 5 days.
In general I hate this company, I had all the types of awful experiences with them: lost parcels, wrong address, always bringing deliveries to the drop point instead of home delivery and after lying that I was not at home, that they called lol they never call you

I shipped a parcel via Parcelmonkey.fr
I shipped a parcel via Parcelmonkey.fr from centre France to Hartheim am Rhein, Germany. All the details were correct as the week before I also shipped a parcel with the same details and it arrived -successfully !
The parcel reached Frankfurt and was returned to Nice ! Where UPS got a random address in Nice I do not know. I never provided an address for Nice.
It is impossible to get hold of a person and I really would like to sort this problem out !
