A calendar which was sent from USA to Australia
A calendar which was sent from an address in the USA was not delivered due to an incorrect address on the parcel . The sender could not put a / in the address of Unit 4/58 so, delivery was attempted to 4158 which was not possible. I contacted DAI and spoke to Jay Hilaria and he organized the calendar to be sent to the correct address by Australia Post at no cost to sender or recipient . I was very happy to receive my calendar on 20 /01/2026.
I can’t believe I paid for this service
I expected a delivery after it arrived at the depot on 6th Jan 26.
I chased it up after not receiving it and had a response on 18th saying it was at the depot. I needed to send a text to the depot the day before to collect. I did this and went to collect today 22nd.
The depot is impossible to find despite their directions. The single guy manning the depot was excellent (the reason I give 2 stars, not 1).
But, apparently the parcel was out being delivered. As the parcel wasn’t safe to leave, the driver called me and had me chase him from location to location to collect my parcel.
Customer service was rude and told me I didn’t collect quick enough (4 days!!). The driver was rude telling me he spent too much time on my job!
Overall, I think this organisation sucks but I did finally get my parcel.

ParcelRight offloads packages to Aramex quite often, which is commonly known as the most unreliable and crooked postage company in Australia.
Any business that operates with them is inherently unsafe to use.

the parcel was going great guns from USA DHL...until it hit this delivery company, 26th December 2025 then not a single scan, numerous phone calls with nothing.. changed arrive dates twice then when pulled up took the dates down, they even went as far as screening my calls soon as i hid my ID they answered and yet once again nothing, my parcel was defiantly stolen from inside worker, they just give you BS.... stay clear of this mob at all costs

My parcel was going to arrive at a business address during the Christmas / New Year break. I reached out to DAI before the break and asked them to deliver the parcel after we are back to the office. The response was in time and the delivery took place on the next day after our office reopens.

I wish to give a great shout out to Scott Jala for his diligent efforts to track down a missing parcel so close to Christmas.
Christmas can be quite stressful when gifts do not arrive on time, however once we contact Scott he worked and communicated to us tirelessly. He successfully resolved our issues within 2-3 days and for that we were very grateful.
It is wonderful to know that the provider (DAI Post) you are dealing with have a high priority in making customers satisfied and that was the way we felt once the the issues were resolved.
