Parcelup Reviews

Aksh Gupta who is running the business is a scammer. He is a arrogant 21yr old who doesn't know how to speak to his customers. He will deny of any responsibility of any of the packages and delay them as he doesn't have money to pay to anyone anymore. Don't order via him. Or stand to lose ur patience, peace of mind and time behind begging him for replies.

The most disgusted and un professional service provider I have ever come across in my entire life. Not only Mr Aksh Gupta is non committed towards his work as he does not respond to any calls and messages but also he is arrogant, lunatic and racist who uses racist slur in his messages and threats to his customers. He also caused huge loss to me and other customers by loosing their parcel during delivery and shipment.

This unregistered company is run by an Brat, who will give you false promises to import goods and later abandon you. Crores of items of many people are stuck with him and he is very arrogant and abusive to his customers of asked for whereabouts of their parcels. Stay away if u wish peace of mind, he is an evil person.

I’ve been scammed of ₹14,000 by the owner “Aksh Gupta”. Company is unregistered and run by a kid in his 20’s. Very unprofessional, rude, aggressive, disrespectful, manipulative, uncultured kid. Nearly 7 months gone, no refund for lost package, no accountability! Multiple cases lodged against this fraudulent kid who is shameless in scamming so many people. Avoid and report to authorities.
