We had a booking for a parking lot in Florence within the ZTL (restricted access) zone. The people in the garage knew that we had a booking, all was fine - silly us! Months after returning home we got a very very expensive fine because of not been allowed to enter the ZTL zone. After several months (!) of discussion and lots (!) of emails with the Parclick customer support there still is no proof that the car was registered as booked. No help from customer service but the fine is due to pay 179,25€
To make it short: You book and pay a parking slot with registration for entering a restricted area zone. The customer service refuses documents to proof that the car was registered to enter the zone. Great uh??
Worst customer service experience ever! Save money, time and your own nerves. DONT BOOK
REPLY: Thanks for your fast answer. The fine reads: "Art.7: Circolava in zona traffico limitato con velcolo non autorizzato". Clearly a ZTL offence. I checked the goolge street view pictures too. No bus or taxi line. If you say the car was registered to enter the ZTL, then please email a proof. The voucher is no proof, it only shows that we had a booking for the parking.

Booked parking in Barcelona though Parclick. There was no way to access. I had to park elsewhere. I asked for a refund and their answer is some dumb email asking for documents as if they were some sort of burocratic agency, showing they’re having no understanding of what the problem was. I didn’t use their service and they can easily check it, but they ask for all kinds of none sense with the obvious intent to not give a refund. Never again parclick.

I arrived in Paris yesterday afternoon and parked my car in the parking I booked. When I went to the carpark office, I discovered that the voucher was for a SINGLE parking ticket, instead of MULTI-ENTRY one. I called Parclick instantly on the number I found on Internet - only to discover that the number was either outdated or a dead-end. Not ringing. I assumed that one day would be enough to get a response and used the Online Form to request Parclick to contact me IMMEDIATELY to change the SINGLE-ENTRANCE to a MULTI-ENTRANCE pass. I didn't mind to pay the difference as I realized there may have been a misunderstanding and I wanted to be done with it and to enjoy my holidays.
However no one responded, despite the fact that I sent 3 urgent e-mails and 2 online forms in the last 24 hours. I provided a complete explanation of my request, left my mobile number, and requested for an IMMEDIATE contact, but received NO RESPONSE at all.
I don't know how is Parclick run or how are they still in business but I know that this is my FIRST TIME in over 20 years as an ONLINE CONSUMER that I HAVE WITNESSED A COMPANY TO NOT BOTHER AT ALL WITH WHAT THEIR CUSTOMER NEED OR THINK ABOUT THEIR SERVICE. I lost a good 2-3 hours to investigate, to inform and to request for feedback, and to write this review, but IT DID NOT SEEM TO MATTER AT ALL.
I decided that I will not spend the rest of my Christmas Holidays trying to fix what seems to be a CRYING IGNORANCE AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. The 104 EUR I paid are not worth the frustration.
However I am sharing this experience with YOU, because YOU, as POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS NEED TO KNOW WHO CAN YOU TRUST with your business. And for me personally this experience has led me to the conclusion that I WILL NEVER TRUST AGAIN PARCLICK WITH MY BUSINESS. I will look for an ALTERNATIVE providing similar rates and a lot higher CREDIBILITY and CUSTOMER SERVICE. I wish I knew this earlier.
But I learned my lesson...

What a very bad company! In October I unfortunately registered with this bad company because I needed their parking service for a week in Valencia. If only I had never done business with this bad company ... After a number of complaints about unclear instructions, double payments and the non-functioning method as this company works, I sent an email at their request to describe the complaints. This mail was sent 6 weeks ago. Despite the many requests for a response and good solution, still no concrete response may be received. 1 time in the beginning I received a response from Parclick / Parkings de Paris, with a kind of excuse and that I could expect an answer within 7 days .... well that has been a lot of 7 days. Errors are made! It is about how people deal with it. Now I read the many bad reviews about Parclick and I notice that a response from the support department is given here. So I'm going to provoke it this way to come to a good communication and solution.

Be very careful using this service. We have a van that higher than the typical height restrictions for Barcelona so we reserved and paid for a place on this site. The size of vehicle was indicated in the form however when we arrived at the garage they said it would be 10€ more. I wasn't happy about it but i gave them the same card to charge the extra 10€ and he charged me the full price of 155€ plus the extra 10€. He called his boss to find out how to issue an credit and she said the price had gone up and we had to pay double. When I threatened to call the police they gave me the second charge back in cash but said I'd have to get Parclick to reimburse the 1st one. It is impossible to contact anyone at Parclick and they have never returned my messages. I ended up disputing the charge on my card and have to wait for my bank to resolve the problem. I personally will never pay for a parking spot in advance in Barcelona again.

There is no greater sense of confidence than driving into a strange (large) city and knowing that there is a prepaid parking space waiting for you! I used Parclick twice on a recent trip in Spain and Provence, France and it works like a champ. I will always use this service when driving again.
What a great experience out and in to Barcelona International Airport. I was a bit nervous about the whole process, but I needn't have been. The service was fantastic. After making our booking and then telephoning the company advising that we were 15mins from the airport, we dropped the motor home off outside the international departures, where a man in an official Parclick uniform greeted us. After a quick check of the vehicle and some paperwork exchange, we were on our way. Upon return they were just as efficient. Great service and price.
Booked Parclick at Valencia Airport for four days. Got a message that I would get a text message one hour before arrival with a telephone number to call 15 minutes before arrival to decide where to go to have the car picked up. I sent a mail requesting a telephone number to call if something happened. No answer. No text message received when we had an hour left and nothing after that. We had to use another parking service at the airport and the - confirmed - payment of 25€ that we hade made in advance is lost! We sent another mail to them during our trip to the airport, but - of course- no answer. I understand why they do not have any telephone numbers on their site that you could call in a case like this. I will never use them again!

Not sure if Parclick is worth the hassle. Even though we had prepaid for 4 days, when we tried to exit the parking garage it said we owed 169 euros! Trying to get a an English speaking attendant to help us on the call box was a nightmare. Finally, they just opened gate.
