Automatic reading of Number Plate still does not work (despite of all the comments before regarding the issue - but service was open and could fit me with a new ticket). Pre online booking was not necessary, as enough free places available. High Price for mandatory day ticket therefore really annoying (I payed the double price instead of when I would have payed a regular ticket).

Hands off! Risk of fraud!
I wanted to book a parking spot in Cádiz. However, the app didn't show parking spots in Cádiz, but in other cities. Only when I entered the address into the GPS did I realize that the parking spot was actually in a different city. This is dishonest and deliberately misleading. I can only warn against using this Service! Be careful!

No personnel was present in the garage. No one was also answering calls from info boxes in the garage. On the day of the departure from the garage I had to call the emergency number by phone which also no one was answering. After waiting for 15 minutes at the exit gates someone finally answered and let us out. A horrible horrible experience

google map directions were incorrect and couldnt find location. Ended up using a different parking structure and having to pay twice

I had a problem with the carpark I booked, but the communication from Parclick was effective and swift. They provided a prompt refund so I would use them again on this basis.

Making the booking was pretty easy. That's about the only positive side I can give so far.
After that I got a call saying that I'll have to pay more than the stated amount since we have a van. Ok, fine, not that big an issue.
But several days ago we understood that we'll be arriving later than expected and I needed to be sure that we would be able to access the car park late in the evening, possibly after the stated car park working hours. And this is where parclick's customer service showed it's true colors: I had to send them about 5 emails before I finally got an answer to my question. I was ignored when I asked about an emergency line outside of parclick's working hours (Mon-Fri 9-6, which is absolutely ridiculous!!! What are people supposed to do outside of those hours??). There was no offer to help find a solution, absolutely no initiative from the customer service team. I don't think they even contacted the car park (as I asked them to do) to get answers to my questions, only copy-paste from their website.
I've used other parking apps before and this is probably the worst support-wise that I've ever seen.
I don't know what the parking experience itself will be, I'm frankly thinking of cancelling my reservation and looking elsewhere for a spot.

I booked a garage and should have gotten a code to enter hours before arriving. I did not get a code.
I wanted to contact customer service, because I was unable to enter the garage. Customer service is only available on weekdays, not on Friday evening at 8pm when you want to enter the garage you paid for.
Only luckily I was able to enter the garage after 45 min of waiting. But parclick really should work on the support. Also the AI bot used is 100% useless

The support is great. We had some problems with the parking area, which we booked. We contacted the helpdesk and got feedback very quick. Our problem was solved immediately.

I didn't manage to pay with my credit card (veryfied), I asked for assistance and a stupid bot sent me articles not really related to my issue. Eventually I booked somewhere else
