So far, the course has been good. However, it seems to be geared more toward parents who are just about to begin potty training. The reason we enrolled is that we are already in the middle of the... See more

Purchased a 28 day course. Never agreed to or signed up for a subscription. I have tried to activate my account but they never gave me the authorization code they were supposed to so I can’t access my account. Never got a link for an app and am unable to locate one in the App Store. Total scam. I am now getting multiple charges even after I was told that my subscription was canceled. Liars and thieves

I’ve enjoyed the potty training program. It provides parental wisdom and encouragement in small steps that includes frequent repetition. I only wanted to do one month and the cancellation process seems easy so far. It might encourage me to sign up again.

The daily skill challenges help me and my kid know we've got this

I'm finding this helpful, not all necessarily new information but it is helping me get into a better proactive and positive brain space to support my children with adhd, and help me stay calm when things get hard. Also it being broken into daily bite-sized chunks to take in helps with a busy lifestyle like many of us have.

Do NOT buy anything from this company! I only signed up for a one-time challenge/course, but they hiddenly enrolled me into an automatic monthly subscription without my consent. They have been charging me multiple times without authorization. When I requested a refund, their customer service delayed the process and refused to honor their 30-day money-back guarantee. This is completely dishonest and a total scam.I demand a FULL REFUND immediately. If you are a potential customer, stay away from this trap!

Soooo, I’m a first time mother and I didn’t have enough support or insight with these kind of “private” subjects like potty training etc!! I’m beginning to feel overwhelmed because my son starts pre-k in a month and I feel like IIII should have had this figured out and him trained before now. I’ve bought the expensive Upairy training underwear, I’ve tried to stay consistent in constantly reminding him to try and potty but there are some days that (let’s be realistic) IM SO BUSY with appointments, errands, ETC that the potty training most certainly gets put on the back burner. Another flaw of mine I guess. I just started this ‘learning parent program’ 24hrs ago and IVE ALREADY GOTTEN SO MANY HELPFUL TIPS & I truly think this program will be what seals the deal! Not just with potty training, but learning to focus on your own self care, how to handle frustrating situations, how to correctly manage and communicate boundaries ETC!! If this continues to be as amazing as it has so far, well then this is EXACTLY what I needed🙏🏻💯🥰 this is the first time that I’m truly feeling confident and looking forward to applying these tools to my sons routine!!!

Terrible company. I had paid for a 28 day course, and nowhere on the invoice did it say there would be recurring payments. Very low quality information on the course- I stopped using it after 1 day. One month later I noticed an unauthorized payment on my credit card statement, and I have been trying to get a full refund from them ever since. Meta needs to be notified so they stop letting this scam be marketed over all its platforms.

Low quality content and deceptive, scammy practices. I signed up for one 28 day course and nowhere on my invoice did it say I was signing up for a recurring subscription. I had to go through several rounds of back and forth with AI generated reply emails clarifying that I was happy to pay for the initial course, but wanted a refund for the subscription I didn’t sign up for. They only took me seriously after doing this review and saying I would dispute the charge with my bank. Very unpleasant experience, will never use their products again.

I did a purchase for one of their courses, it wasn't helpful at all , didnt put a direct debit to be charged every month.
It was only for that course and they charged me for a membership that i didnt ask for. I emailed them and get no response

I have requested a refund 3 times for a purchase I did not authorize- and I also want a refund on my subscription that is not worth the money. The email they provide to request the refund is an invalid email.

It's such a great app. It's really helping rewiring my potty training method

Follow-up to Reference: DWIGHTTAY949859
The more this matter progressed, the less confidence I had in Parenting Leader's business practices.
I received an almost immediate response after posting my Trustpilot review, yet the issues I raised privately remained unanswered. The Trustpilot reference number gave the impression that my complaint would be investigated, but my experience was that the focus was on managing the public review rather than addressing the substance of my concerns.
I was offered a 50% partial refund in writing. The refund I actually received was USD $60.72, which was not 50% of the three renewal charges I paid. When I asked how this amount had been calculated, no explanation was provided. Instead, the company later changed its wording and described it simply as a "one-time courtesy."
I also requested receipts and payment confirmations. I was told these had been referred to the billing team, but they were never provided.
When I reviewed the checkout process, I discovered that the published cancellation contact shown to customers was not functional and returned a "550 5.1.1 User does not exist" error. I supplied evidence of this, but it was never meaningfully addressed.
What concerns me most is not any single issue, but the pattern: a promised refund that was calculated differently without explanation, promised receipts that never arrived, and customer contact details that did not work when I attempted to use them. That combination left me questioning the transparency of the subscription process and how customer complaints are handled.
If other consumers have experienced similar issues, I encourage them to document everything, retain screenshots and correspondence, and report their experience to the appropriate consumer protection authorities. Individual reports may not resolve a dispute, but they can help regulators identify whether there is a broader pattern of business practices that warrants further review.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service.
