Do not order from them.
I have ordered an item more than two weeks ago and still haven’t received the item.
Customer service promised me I will receive my order few days ago, which that never happened, nor did I received any shipment notification.
I have requested refund but of course I haven’t heard back!
I will report them to the relevant organizations.

Absolutely unacceptable level of communication. Order was placed on 13th June, for delivery on the 14th. No tracking id was received thereafter. We have no clue till date where the shipment is. It was supposed to be a gift, to be received within the 22nd, that is why order was placed much earlier. So much for your "Order today receive tomorrow" policy that is advertised on the website. It is still understandable if there are delays, but this should be communicated! This lack of information is unacceptable.

I never had experienced buying anything from this site....just it's really annoying when U try to find certain products they have the pics but its NOT AVAILABLE. So why would U put the pics on your site when U dont have the products??? Just put the pics products that availabe, dont waste people's time. And im not talking for few products but really quite a lot.
