Oroginal products for nice price. I would prefer better packing especially for parfums. It can be easy damaged I think. I recieved different free samples than choosed :-)

I do not recommend this store. In the past, I placed an order with cash-on-delivery payment, but I was unable to collect the package for various reasons. Now, more than six months later, the store contacted me demanding full payment, even though I never received the goods. I’m surprised that instead of trying to communicate and resolve the issue regarding the uncollected order, they are asking for payment without delivering anything. I expected a more customer-friendly and professional approach.

Room for improvement but fair
I am not super happy with the service, but I ordered from here as they only had the NYX blushes that were sold out elsewhere. I got zero information about the shipping (no carrier mentioned, no tracking, suddenly there was a delivery driver calling me if I am home while I had no idea the shipment will happen on that day).
The blushes came in a box too big, with zero padding, so they were flying around in there. It was only luck they did not come broken.

Payment complication, no communication
I ordered goods to be paid by cash on arrival but the delivery guy said it was impossible so I wasn't able to pay it. After several months they sent me a bill with the payment to another country which was very expensive. I tried to communicate with them by phone and e-mail but got no response. They sent several e-mails and the last one mentioned lawyers if I don't pay. I paid them but don't think this is fair play. NEVER AGAIN!
