We are in process of improving our online system to ensure we are able to send regular updates with the status of each order.
In the past 10 days we've also had an unusual issue with our mailing systems, which affected all emails sent to our customers, including the registration email and order confirmation email. If you were affected by that issue as well it might have looked worse than it actually is.
