Awful business

I ordered two decants each of two different fragrances online. When the order was shipped, I only received one of each.
I tried emailing and calling, but was never acknowledged. And I paid a lot of money.

Nice communication but after I have…

Nice communication but after I have returned a product they keep silent an do not arrange the return of payment, even if I send several reminders. It is very clear that they read my emails, but they still keep my money.

Useless

Do not even think of using this company. They take your money, deliver no goods and do not answer complaints - in English or French. We were fortunate and obtained a refund through the credit card company. Far better and really efficient is allbeauty.com

Great prices, nonexistent customer service

I previously wrote a review requesting an update on my order as I hadn't heard anything in over a week. All of a sudden today my DPD shipping information has been updated showing that my parcel will arrive this afternoon. I'm overjoyed that its arriving within the 8-12 day shipping time frame, but I would have been much more comfortable with more consistent updates on my parcel on its journey to me. Still, I recommend the website for their fantastic pricing, just wish they had better customer service! The chatbot they have also doesn't work at all. It kept telling me my order didn't exist even though I was putting all the information in correctly.

Did not receive

I never received my order. Company has chosen.to deliver through DPD who stated they had handed the parcel to me. This did not happen. I spent £111 and received nothing. I will get pursuing this further as ultimately the company is responsible for ensuring parcel arrives.

Based on this, DPD has not acknowledged any error in the delivery process.

Terrible customer service

Prices states taxes are included. Thats not the case. Customer service was supposed to help but ended up hiding this head in the sand thinking the problem would go away.
