Stay away from these guys, their service is pathetic. Your parcel will sit for days at the hub, when you finally get the message that the parcel is out for delivery, you will still wait days. When you ask what’s going on the response is “the vehicle broke down”
This has to be the slowest courier service ever in South Africa. I am sure that they are using horses for delivery! My parcel was collected on the 4th of April, today is the 10th. It has still not arrived and tracking says "at hub" for 3 days now. Never again!
