Parimatch is Freya’s app I won 4 lakhs they blocked my account and deducted all money they asked me for verification after 15 days that they blocked my account and amount is marked as 0 don’t ever play parimatch it’s fraud app

This app has worst customer service experience they are unable to resolve the deposit issue, they will keep us waiting and waiting until we get feedup and close but they don't respond, when tried contacting they just keep asking about the issue over and over again this My 191201499 they have not yet refunded my deposit amount. FRAUD mechanism in place..

I have contacted the live chat support and sent multiple emails regarding this issue. Every time, I receive the exact same automated, generic reply stating that "the billing department is reviewing the transaction." 28 days is an unacceptable amount of time for a routine billing review.I have already verified my bank statements and confirmed that no such amount has been credited to my account. If the transaction was successfully processed from your end, please provide me with the valid UTR (Unique Transaction Reference) number immediately so I can trace it with my bank. If no UTR is provided, it clearly means the funds are being intentionally held by Parimatch.If this issue is not resolved within the next 48 hours and my money is not released, I will be forced to escalate this matter legally through cyber crime forums, online consumer helplines, and public consumer court platforms like Voxya to protect my consumer rights.Kindly clear my pending withdrawal immediately.

How can Parimatch Team Commit Such a Big Fraud? This is My Ticket ID : 121705174, Still Active In July 31st In Deposited 10k But Still It Not Credited Don't Trust Parimatch Any Way I have sent almost 50 emails so far and no reply. Also, if I connect in chat, they close it when they like. There is no other platform as bad as Parimatch.

Parimatch is a company with delightful looking website , a fake and cheating bunch of guys with no human sentiments
They will hold your money,force to add new amount. Customer care is pathetic with no real agents talking , they have duped in 10 lakhs from me as I always was forced to add more amount to withdraw previous. This should be banned in India and its owners should be summoned to international court of justice as they are not just cheating but destroying privacy of individuals with asking fake and countersigned documents to withdraw amount

My withdrawal of ₹9,000 from July 18, 2026, shows "Successful" in my public profile, but internal Ticket #118066155 proves the backend status is completely frozen on "New" (Order ID 202153219). The money never left their system.

Support agents gave me a completely fake 18-digit deposit ID (700000001744143607) claiming it was a tracking UTR, and have now forcibly locked all my support tickets (#118066155 and #118130835) so I cannot attach my official Airtel Bank statement.

There is no UPI mismatch—my PhonePe deposit app and my Paytm withdrawal app (8125762295@ptyes) belong to the exact same bank account. I demand an escalations manager look at my player ID 881092492 immediately and reverse the ₹9,000 back to my gaming wallet.

I have been waiting for my withdrawal of 10,000 INR since 09 March 2026. That is 105 days and still no resolution.

I have contacted Parimatch support hundreds of times and every single time I get the same response: "Your case is under review." No real action, no clear timeline, no accountability whatsoever.

I received completely contradictory information from different agents:
- One agent said my money had already left their system
- Another agent said my case is still under review
- Different agents blamed different departments with nobody taking ownership

I have submitted all requested documents including my bank statement. Still no money.

I have been forced to escalate this matter to:
- Curcaao Gaming Authority (CGA) — formal complaint filed
- AskGamblers — complaint accepted and active
- Casino Guru — mediator assigned
- Trustpilot — public review posted
- Casino.org Player Assist — complaint filed

Parimatch is withholding my ₹4,990 withdrawal despite clear technical proof. The payment was sent to an invalid 14-digit bank account, but Bank of India requires 15 digits. It is a dead transaction.
​Their own system (Maria bot) admitted the delay is 'beyond normal timeframe,' but their agents Shumbana and Seif are only giving scripted apologies without taking any manual action. I have officially escalated this technical failure to the Curacao Gaming Control Board (GCB).
​I demand a manual rejection of this transaction immediately. My funds are not safe with this platform until they fix their technical errors.

No response from customer support
Over 7 months no refund no amount credit in parimatch wallet

Review:
Extremely disappointed with Parimatch. I deposited money via UPI on 11th March 2026 (9:03 PM), and the amount was successfully debited from my bank. It has been more than 6 days, and my funds are still not showing in my wallet.
I have already provided the UTR Number: 290946777789 and have a Ticket ID: 82391121. The support team promised a resolution within 24 hours, but now they are totally unresponsive. This is a clear case of fraud and withholding customer funds.
I have already reported this to the Curacao Gaming Commission and filed a complaint on Voxya. If my money is not credited immediately, I will take further legal action.

Stilll i was not revieved my birthday as well as loyalty bonus. Always try to make me fool and my one withdrawal is still hold by them and no resolution.

I do not trust Parimatch India at all. My experience has been extremely disappointing. My ticket (No. 63916082) has been pending for two months without any proper resolution. Customer support keeps sending generic template replies and takes more than 30 minutes to respond to a single message. There is no clear communication and no real help provided.

I strongly recommend choosing other online platforms that offer better service and treat customers professionally. Based on my experience, I would not suggest trusting Parimatch India.
