I wish I could put 0 star

I wish I could put 0 star! I order 25 February and I receive it today 26 April. I even forgot about it. Worst worst worst quality! Basically it’s china cheapest factory that they use to put it together. The tissue is horrible it looks like tissue from 5 years old Batman or Barbie costume. It’s the same tissue as your children doll. You cannot wear that.

Scam-like experience

Scam-like experience – avoid
I ordered a clothing set (order #47448) from Parijan and had a very bad experience.
The delivery took around 14 days. When the item finally arrived, it was completely different from what was advertised. The size was extremely oversized (about 2x bigger than expected) and there was no size label at all. The quality was very poor and did not match the product photos.
I contacted the seller the next day to request a return within the 14-day EU withdrawal period. However, instead of providing return instructions, they kept delaying and only offered a partial refund (15–20%) to avoid a proper return.
This is not compliant with EU consumer protection laws. The seller does not provide a real return option and tries to run out the return window.
I had to open a chargeback with my bank.
Do not trust this store.

Good Quality but can't rely on order tracking

Ordered 3 pants. The size guide worked well and the material is as shown in the images.
The tracking was not accurate. It kept showing me that the order was not shipped yet, but to my surprise it arrived 1 week after the order.

Bad quality and scammy customer support, no returns

The received items were of terrible quality.
The customer support tried to hide the return policy from me and only offered to forward me to the returns department after 7 emails and an official letter to the company.
There has since not been a development and every inquiry on the return status gets blocked.

I ordered 2 items at the same time. 1 item was delivered which was the wrong size and had black marks over the top to which I was offered a 20% refund (which would be about £7) and to just keep the top which was unwearable. The second items have not been delivered and no where to be seen

Illegal Business Practices & Violation of EU Consumer Rights

I am writing this to warn all potential customers about the predatory and illegal business practices of Parijan.

I placed an order and requested a cancellation while the order status was clearly marked as 'Unfulfilled' and 'Not Shipped'. Despite the fact that no goods have left their facility, their customer service (represented by 'Jelly') refused to process the refund, citing a fraudulent '24-hour cancellation policy.'

Be aware: This internal policy is ILLEGAL under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). As a resident of the EU, I have a statutory Right of Withdrawal that allows to cancel any online purchase within 14 days without justification. A store cannot override EU law with their own '24-hour rule.'

Things to do:
- If they refuse your refund, do not argue with them further. Contact your bank immediately and request a Chargeback. If you used a Credit Card (Visa/Mastercard) or PayPal, you are protected against 'Services not rendered' or 'Illegal denial of withdrawal rights'.
- Report them to the ECC (European Consumer Centre) in your country. They provide free legal assistance for cross-border disputes within the EU. Use the official ECC network website to find your local branch.
- If they ship the item against your will, REFUSE delivery at the door. Tell the courier to 'Return to Sender.' Do not sign for it. This forces the shipping cost back on the merchant and keeps the refund process in your control.
- If you receive item and you want to return it back because its "old money" plastic and rubber in clothing form they will give you option to refund you 15% of money or to exchange with different type of plastic/rubber "old money" clothing.
PS. If you read this and you have similar issues, report them as I mentioned in the beginning. It is a duty of decent ppl to shutdown business like this. With more reports institutions can act faster

they sent poor quality from china, the size does not match in the sets, and when tried to return even though they say 30 days return free on their website

the customer support say " you cant return after 24 horus of ordering, even though it was 12 days before i received the first 3 items but stil missing 3-4 items

SAVE YOUR MONEY

I’ve never bought a sweater of such poor quality. I tried to get a refund but they kept offering only a partial refund. When I returned, they offered me 20% off my next purchase. I don’t know who gave you the idea I’d ever buy from you again. I’ve never been so stressed by a brand.

The customer service was absolutely appalling. You can only reach them by mail and get a response once a day in the middle of the night. I understand the time zone difference but even a five-minute reply later meant another 24 hours.

I’ve been asking for a return address since 31 March and it’s still not sent.

They gave me a sob story about caring for the environment and why they don’t like returns, clearly not stated anywhere in their return policy. And to top it off, I’ll still be responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

If you’re considering buying from this brand, I beg you, save your money.

My experience with ParijanOfficial has been extremely disappointing, especially in terms of professionalism and honesty.

As both a customer and an affiliate partner, I found their behavior deeply concerning. When everything is going well, they appear responsive and cooperative—but the moment issues arise, their attitude completely changes. Communication becomes vague, delayed, or completely ignored.

When it comes to affiliate partnerships, they show a clear lack of integrity. Payments are delayed without valid explanations, and repeated follow-ups are met with evasive or generic responses. In some cases, they simply stop replying altogether. This kind of behavior raises serious concerns about whether they genuinely respect their business partners.

The same pattern applies to customers. Many people report being offered partial refunds just to “keep the item” instead of resolving the issue properly, or being forced to pay return shipping even when the company made the mistake. This reflects a business model that avoids responsibility rather than taking accountability.

Even more troubling is the lack of transparency. Promises are made but not honored, and problems are dragged out until customers or partners give up. Some users have even reported being ignored after multiple attempts to resolve simple issues.

My experience with this company has…

My experience with this company has been extremely disappointing.
I promoted their products as an affiliate partner and helped generate traffic and potential sales. However, when it came time for commission payment, they continuously delayed and avoided fulfilling their obligations.

I have sent multiple emails but received either vague responses or no response at all. This shows a serious lack of professionalism and responsibility toward partners.

In addition, after reviewing other customer feedback, I can see that many people also complain about poor product quality, long shipping times, and difficulties with refunds.

Based on my experience, I strongly do NOT recommend working with or purchasing from this company. Be very careful before engaging with them.

Dropshipping website... order #46199

Basic dropshipping website...

I ordered on the 25th march 9 days ago and still awaiting details. Not even labelled yet while the website said handeling time 1 to 3 day and europe delivery in 6 to 10 days.

I know allready it will be 1 or 2 months...

I did order 2 mystery outfit box and I know allready for 160 euros.

Overpaying for nothing considering its simple dropshipping not even 2.0 ..
