I made a mistake with my sign up offer & cashed out when I shouldn’t have. Contacted help centre where I spoke with Alan. He resolved the issue as a gesture of goodwill. No nead for him to do that as it was my mistake. Very grateful for this and thanks again Alan.

Best sports bookie
Got lucky on premier league multi bet this weekend.
Evaluation took literally 5 seconds after the last match and the pay-out just arrived in my bank account.
I consider this a 4.99 as I will be playing slots elsewhere, for lack of availability and selection, but sportsbook? Number 1 hands down

Same as any other casino site
Same as any other casino site, eats your money, bonuses?, what bonuses, none exsistant basically and most of your wins are lower than your stake,
So much for parimatch apparently being a great site ( personally I think far from it) even worse when you eventually get a bonus and win 20p from it, happy not

My guess...They hate winners
Had a tidy win and received it instantly which was a positive.
Then they restricted and eventually closed the account.

Scammers
Claimed I did not 'opt in' to their welcome offer, and refused to help in any way, even if it was a genuine mistake. They seem more than happy to take my money, but not so happy to generate any kind of goodwill to future or existing customers. Be careful, as this company also owns BetVictor, Heart Bingo, talkSPORT BET, Betano and Smooth Spins

absolutely scam company
absolutely scam company. They ask for verification documents after you have won and want to withdraw money. If you lose they don't ask for any documentation. You can never withdraw any money because on email you are just talking to robots who will never pass your verification.
