Worst I deposited 300 amount on 4th may they didn’t deposit amount in my account and oh may god customer service is like talking to a robot no one literally don’t understand I have raised a ticket submitted it it’s been 2 days they are just processing the ticket I mean what the hell is this they are not adding the amount or not even refunding my amount it’s frustrating.

Worst site ever. They blocked my account after verification and claimed they found “suspicious activity” on my account. I made only a single deposit — is that what they call suspicious activity? I have played more than 5000 bet on this platform. I have face problem from last 4-5 months on my deposit amount. I have mail many times to parimatch about my pending Deposit amount. But there is no satisfying response from parimatch. I have made 10 to 15 mail for company to solve my issue. But no action is done. Very poor service.

I would love to give 5 stari have played a lot in these deposits and withdrawals alot but yesterday I have a deposit of 35000 not credited yet and now no chat option is also not available.

Deposit payment of rs 30000 is deposited through their deposit mode and payment is credited to them they are not deposited my payment of rs 30000 and now saying that payment is not credited to them after 45 days.

They are frauds they don't have proper support team

₹4700 UPI Deposit Debited, Never Credited - Recovered After Escalation

My UPI deposit of ₹4700 was debited but never credited.

Parimatch’s handling was unacceptable:

- Initially confirmed the transaction failed and promised a refund
- Then became unreachable (tickets closed, emails bounced)
- Later denied the transaction entirely

After reading reviews on Trustpilot, I realized there are many similar complaints. I decided to pursue recovery through proper channels, to prove as an example that recovery can be done.

First thing I did was Escalation via NPCI (UPI disputes). SBI Bank raised a chargeback, which was rejected by the beneficiary bank as “service provided” - even though no deposit was credited. SBI then kept asking me to contact the merchant, which was not possible.

What actually worked:

- Filing a complaint with the RBI Ombudsman
- Persistent follow-ups with SBI (including branch visit and escalation to AGM via email)
- Challenging the “service provided” claim and asking for supporting proof
- Structuring escalation emails with the help of ChatGPT

After 7-8 weeks of escalation, the full amount was reversed to my account.

For context: I’ve previously lost a much larger amount (~₹1 lakh) on another platform under vague “terms & conditions” with no recovery possible. That experience is why I had very little expectation of getting this ₹4700 back — this was more about testing whether the system actually works.
It does—but only if you push hard enough.

Advice: There are many similar complaints online, which suggests a pattern of unreliable deposit and refund handling.
If your deposit isn’t credited, don’t rely on merchant support. Raise a bank dispute immediately, escalate via RBI/NPCI if needed, and keep pushing with proper documentation.

Note:
Their “24x7 support” is misleading — no real live support, only bot responses and unreliable email handling.
