Outrageous policy of taking the full fee for the service before they have actually checked with their local supplier that they can deliver it. It appears that all is booked and then they cancel the next day because they cannot fulfill the order. In the most recent example with me they refunded the fee but because of changing exchange rates (they charge in dollars) it left me out of pocket.
The company simply forgot to pick us up at the hotel - thouch booked a month in advance.
