Like any parent one would be worried about sourcing accommodation.
Because of Paris attitude the entire job of finding a fabulous apartment was made painfully easy.
For anyone sourcing accommodation in Paris this is the best website, the system is simple, the people are real, the transaction is transparent and then meeting the most wonderful and caring landlords is testament that Paris Attitude has screened their landlords carefully.
From Ireland to Paris I could not recommend this company enough if you want accurately advertised accommodation.

Best experience when looking for an apartment
I've been staying with Paris Attitude for almost 3 years and I couldn't be happier. When I moved to Paris I really struggled to find an apartment, other agencies had very little on offer or were very unreliable. However, it was super easy when I found Paris Attitude. Neda helped me find a flat and within the same day I was able to make the reservation. I'm really pleased with the apartment and the support given by Neda throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an apartment in Paris, both if it's something short term or for longer.

Stephane Ruiz was very responsive and worked diligently to secure an apartment for our 6 month stay. The only frustration was with a property owner who backed out of signing the lease despite us providing all of the required information.

Lack of transparency and accountability…
Lack of transparency and accountability despite very higy agency fees.
I had a pretty bad experience with this agency last year, where after I paid all my fees they told me they were no longer accountable for anything that happened with my landlord, including whether or not my depositi was trurned (it was not).
They also told me at the end of my contract that they could find me a new place, but would charge me another approximately 4000 for a first signing fee for a few months contract, despite already having boooked a place with them before. Absolutely not worth it compared to other agencies.

Good webpage, helpful staff!
I have used Paris Attitude twice and have been content both times. I think the webpage has clear photos and you don't need to submit lots of complex documents. Clear communication and confirmation within 24 hours. My contact person also recommended me other apartments when two of my rental requests were turned down, much appreciated. The only downside was the first time I rented and the apartment has not been cleaned, then the agency did not help and only referred me to the landlord. It would have been helpful to receive some support in that situation. But apart from that all good!

6 week stay using Paris attitude, I would use them again!
I booked an apartment for 6 weeks between Nov-Dec 2025. Firstly I just want to say Neda was extremely helpful and responsive with any questions which I really appreciated. The apartment itself was mostly as it looked in the pictures. However, it was extremely dirty, especially the bedding, compared to when I moved in, which was disappointing. Paris attitude did offer a cleaning after I told them but I preferred to do it myself. Other than that I had no problems with the apartment. In terms of receiving back my deposit I have received it back, apart from 35 euros but there has been no communication as to what has been deducted and why. Overall, though I would definitely use them again

However, we are sorry about the cleanliness of the apartment upon your arrival, particularly the bed linen. This is not the standard of quality we aim for. As mentioned, we did offer to send someone to clean the apartment free of charge after you checked in, and we completely understand that you preferred to take care of it yourself.
Regarding the security deposit, we confirm that we have refunded the full amount of €589.50. If you notice a difference of €35 on your statement, this may be due to fees charged by your bank during the transfer.

Unfortunately, my experience was not positive at all. The landlord tried to keep the deposit without justification, and the platform only sent one email without showing any real involvement or support. It was only after I personally applied pressure to both the landlord and the platform that any action was taken. If I hadn’t insisted, nothing would have happened. A disappointing experience I will not use their services again.

Very easy check in process
Very easy check in process. Our inspector was very thorough and helpful in checking over the entire apartment. There were a few issues with certain heaters and electrical outlets not functioning, but the inspector was able to give us the contact of whom to speak with about resolving these issues. Very happy with the apartment otherwise!

Incredible location in the Marais
Rental No. 156612 on rue Amelot
We spent two and a half weeks in this lovely apartment. Everything in it was as advertised. The furniture was comfortable, especially the bed. The kitchen was well supplied. The refrigerator is a smaller French model but there are several grocery stores and a street market nearby. One grocery is less than a block away. The refrigerator certainly was large enough for the two of us. There is a spectacular patisserie around the corner, several excellent restaurants in the area and Place de la Bastille is an easy walk. There are several Metro (subway) stations, one a half block away.
The building has a gated entry. Your digital key opens into a peaceful courtyard which opens into a lobby with stairs and two elevators (lifts) all of which work from your digital key so it's very secure. The concierge is just down the hallway from the apartment and she is very friendly. We met several other tenants of various ages and all were most pleasant.
There is a little office area that is very useful. It's between the bedroom and bathroom and hard to see on the web site but a great place for recharging your electronics or doing any work you may need to do. You will find plenty of storage space. The washer and dryer are the same machine. We didn't try the dryer because there was a drying rack that we used.
The location is right in the heart of Paris. We could walk to many sights and the nearby subway quickly took us anyplace else.
We particularly enjoyed the short walk to Place des Vosges, arguably the most beautiful square in Paris. The Carnavalet Museum is just past that and is free.
We've rented from Paris Attitude several times and it's always been a good experience. Their Customer Service is wonderful. We plan to use them again and highly recommend them.
