I ordered a frame (SAINT LAURENT - SL 893/J-004) from Paris Lunetier on April 9th and received an order confirmation stating I would receive them in 4 to 9 working days. It also said I would receive shipping information as soon as they were sent. Since I didn't get any info on the shipping, I wrote to them on April 15th to hear about the status, but I just received the exact same standard order confirmation once more. Then the day after, on April 16th, I get a message that my order is cancelled because they are out of stock. I have full understanding that they can’t deliver something they don’t have, but the response time is very long and the communication is poor. So, me and the rest of my family won't be ordering from here again.

Additionally, you were not charged: this was only a payment authorization, with no actual capture of funds.

Not only did they deliver, but they were also quick, packaged everything beautifully, and included a personal note. I would order from them again in a heartbeat!

Cartier frames
I ordered a pair of Cartier frames, it came with everything the correct box, correct frame holder, correct cleaning cloth, etc. It was the cheapest pair of those specific Cartier frames on the market
(Even though I had to pay extra for import fee) even after fees it was still the cheapest, and from order to arrival it was under a week.
