Property not registered

I try to hold this comment, I hope they can resolve it fast but wait and wait no clue what is outstanding. I bought 2 properties with this solicitors. The first one after completion for a year I sold, and find no land registry they have done. So initiate expedition, and wait for another 4 months to complete registry. they keep saying they have raised, but then know there is outstanding enquiry land registry raised and they haven't answered. Their email is missed. This is the second property, has also raised expedition and waited for a month, but still the same. They say have enquire many times and raise expedite, they seems want the buyer waited to drop off before they really update the land registry. I really don't want to write this comment but no other option with what service I got. I think they missed out to follow up land registry as usual and missed out the enquiries from land registry office. Please give me an update, or I won't remove this comment. The buyer asked me directly every week and I simply say no clue what to wait for and they are start changing their mind because waited too long again. Strange is another property we bought later has just updated in land registry in 3 months time, another solicitor told me expedition is fast normally be done by less than 10 days. Parity legal is to avoid.
