Great location and a very simple…
Great location and a very simple procedure, buses run all the time so waiting is very minimal, brilliant service. A couple of issues for me this time. 1. We had heavy cases which do not roll over the stone surface in the car park, I know this is expensive to remedy but it would be a great to have smooth tarmac like the road is as carrying the cases is not always easy. 2. When I was leaving the car park there were barriers over the exit, I know this is to stop people parking in there but what about people leaving? We were able to move the cones to exit but it something I noted. Keep up the great service as these are minor gripes, tbh I love this car park and I will continue to use it, thanks!

Great Parking Spot with excellent service
Excellent staff and a quick, efficient shuttle service. The team are friendly and makes the overall parking process very smooth.
The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is the condition of the parking surface. It would be a significant improvement to have a proper tarmac road rather than loose chippings. If you are travelling with two 23 kg suitcases, it can be extremely difficult to wheel them across the loose stones, particularly if your car is parked some distance from the shuttle stop.
I can only imagine how challenging it must be during winter or on a rainy day! Improving the surface would make a huge difference to the overall customer experience and would easily make this a 5-star service.

All good except for the empty bus…
All good except for the empty bus pulling off as 5 or 6 cars landed in to the car park beside the bus stop together. The bus headed off without us! No massive issue just seemed a little silly.

Excellent experience and customer service
Really easy to book and find the location. We flew out and on return the car battery was dead, i rang reception and got a lovely lady on the phone who had no problem calling one of the team he came within 2 minutes and brought a battery pack, he had the car running in 2 mins, and we were off, fantastic team i have to say, more than appreciated the help being so tired travelling with small children, great customer service is hard to find these days and the park2travel team were very obligen, nothing was a hassle. Thank you guys, will always use this service when needed.
