Amir came to the rescue when the company we had originally booked did not show up to collect our car at Heathrow. This seems to be a common occurrence.
Thoroughly professional service and regular contact as our holiday approached its end, with instructions what to do when we had collected our bags.
Amir said the car would be delivered to the appointed level in the car park, and it was, on time!
Impressive and courteous service.

Merits an extra star
If I could give an extra star, I would. Amir helped us out when another firm let us down. So courteous & constructive. Carefully noted our return details. Then went on to spot change of terminal when our flight was changed. Amir texted us as we arrived to confirm change of terminal and was there to greet us, no waiting around. Could not ask for better service - won’t use anyone else in future. Thank you:

Excellent service. My original meet and greet company let me down and Park & Go came to the rescue. They assured me my last minute request could be accommodated and took all the stress out of my crisis. Great communication on return to the UK and my filthy car even got a small wash.

Excellent service and very helpful
Excellent service and very helpful. We had such a good experience with this company from start to finish. We didn't have to wait for drop off or pick up. We highly recommend this company. Just the best parking service I've ever used and received excellent service.
