The parking was completely dark while…

The parking was completely dark while inside the garage, with no lights switching on whatsoever. That made the experience extremely uncomfortable and usafe.

A very positive experience

It was easy to make a reservation, it was easy to find the location to start the navigation from the app to Google Maps. Opening and closing of the gate went without any problems.

Parking sign

The only problem is that there is no parking sign, so you are likely to get lost the first time you go. The rest works fine. Oh, and for Google Maps it is closed, out of service.

Excellent service!

Excellent service!
Show your email confirmation and they park the Car for you and when I got back to the car again they found the car and was easy to get back out again. All went very smoothly.

Let's be real

Parking made easy. Let's be real: parking is super expensive nowaydays. Parkbee makes it a tiny bit cheaper but much easier to park in city centres.

Useless

Used once. Barriers just wouldn’t open. Had it not been a hotel carpark, I would have been lost. Only got in because staff helped. Not their job. Useless.

Lousy instructions

I made a reservation beforehand and paid ahead. But...I never did find the location !

Need to improve the customer service…

Need to improve the customer service and include a direct number when there has been a problem adding time if an appointment runs over.
Even after trying to add time the signal was weak, over by about 3mins.

This was the first time using ParkBee

This was the first time using ParkBee, and I booked the wrong location, my mistake, when I arrived to the parking area that I wanted, got a new reservation and parked the car. Called the service number and they just cancelled the first booking with out a hassle, despite the big warning about late cancellations. Good service.
