Simply a Scam for nothing, they no marketing plan no product.
No idea in marketing. Simple scam to rip off people.

I wasted $5000 for 2 area they reserve for me lol.

No service at all, no refund even did not use there service at all.
They said go to court and claim it, Warrantee is another scam

I often work with the Parkbech support and I am really impressed! Kevin and Edgar are great and respond so quickly. They always help me with whatever I need.

Unless you want a job interviewing this is a no for me. I thought it would be great getting out in public after COVID, it just became a time consuming new career I hadnt planned on for $6000. The website was seriously basic, and the promise of ads? OMG Groupon ads!!! Who is going to go to my website to look at Groupon ads? Nobody. The events? Kids sports not in our area. I should have been spending my time, engaging home buyers. It's a very hard expensive lesson and a hard pass. Unless you want to pay to interview spend your time and money talking to home owners and buyers. Less expensive better results.

Kayla is always helpful and encouraging. She has great ideas and is the best trouble shooter. I have really enjoyed working with Kayla.

Parkbench was a great way for me to become ingratiated into my ideal community. I met many small business owners and they were all very grateful that I took the time to meet with them and create marketing that benefitted both parties.

I do encourage anyone looking to join Parkbench to understand you will need to do some work. While the platform itself is great, as a member you will have to do your part to see any return on the investment. This is not an instantaneous lead source, but rather a relationship building tool.

Kayla at Parkbench is a wonderful and patient person and ambassador coach. She provides excellent suggestions and some out of the box ideas on how to use the platform.

Kevin was extremely supportive and the advice and guidance critical in making this successful for me so far.

Parkbench has been very supportive of our journey and has been incredibly responsive to our individualization of the platform. They provide training in areas where I had no previous experience or knowledge and I feel very prepared to make the program's design work for me! I am so glad we are working with Parkbench.

Paulina Reynaga is everything I love about Parkbench.

Not taking anything away from the rest of the team because everyone from the first call with Neil Olson to my interaction with Kayla, Darren, Jennifer with 2 N, Grant, and any I have missed has been great. I get emails from people I have not met at Parkbench yet and I would bet they are awesome as well just based on their affiliation with the others. These people want you to succeed and they don't just say it, they do it. They are warm, inclusive, helpful, and best of all their product is awesome, it works, and I am happy to be a part of the community. Thank you Grant for running Parkbench as you do, I have no doubt it starts from the top.

I read some of the other reviews with fewer stars and I think if an agent dives in and works the system then the system works, but you have to work the system or you will likely be disappointed. If any of my fellow agents want to chat about it feel free to call me. ;~)

Working with Paulina as our onboarding coach was a blessing. She always had helpful insight on our to be successful with conducting our interviews and was always available to answer questions and help. These 6 weeks went by so fast, but I'm glad we had a very patient coach helping us along the way.

Jennifer was excellent! She gave me that boost that I needed as I felt I was drowning with my website with all the rejection I was receiving. I am ready to face the wind and put my head in the game again.

My colleague and I started working with Parkbench a little over four weeks ago. We've been pleasantly surprised with the one-on-one accountability calls, group training, follow up and feedback from everyone we've talked to so far. We've been consistent with all the training and action items to set us up for future success on the platform.

If you're coachable and willing to do the work, I would definitely recommend working with Parkbench and doing everything they teach. Thank you Paulina, Jenn, Kayla and Grant, we appreciate all the help thus far!

Parkbench is exactly what we were looking for. The platform gives us a place to showcase what we were already doing in the community by helping small businesses grow.

This is one of the first times that I have purchased into a program that offers weekly accountability and training support. Our accountability partner, Paulina Reynaga is fantastic. She is thorough, insightful and super sweet. We love our weekly meetings with her. We have also learned so much from Jennifer Rogers at the weekly trainings.

As if that is not enough, Parkbench has created a FB group exclusive to customers that is a wonderful place to connect with agents in other markets - to share and get insight on our progress. I recommend Parkbench to any community minded Real Estate Agent that is looking for a way to grow their business by helping the local community business owners grow theirs. It's our motto that Givers Grow!

Two-for-One Interview!!!!! I literally just finished an interview with a nonprofit organization. As we were chatting afterward, the interviewee casually said the organization was looking for a property to rent or purchase. When I asked for details, he said he was also looking to purchase a home and wanted my guidance and expertise to handle both transactions. Hot dawg!!!! The best part of this is that I just met this man today. Thank you Parkbench for getting me in the door. This is amazing!

Two stars only because people were nice and did call and try to help me... but the promo made it look like a plus and play with all the bells and whistles done. No, I am not a videographer I am a realtor. NO, I don't have time to schedule and interview local businesses to promote their shops and still do my job and take care of my clients. Total and utter waste of my money and time spent investing in learning their platform. Don't do it unless you are really bored an have no business... In which case good luck affording their steep pricing.

Parkbench is a SCAM. They promise you a full refund if you are not satisfied, but then the contract contradicts this promise by requiring certain things prior to there being a refund. Complete bait and switch. They also say that we get a "coach" to assist us for 4-6 weeks of training, but in our case, the coach they assigned us went MIA after the first call and then blamed us for not following up with them. Poor customer service, a lot of broken promises and NOT A GOOD COMPANY. BUYER BEWARE and stay FAR away from this company if you are a real estate agent.

I just had the sales pitch which was a bit pushy. He kept saying all the people that he just signed up. He tried to create a fear of loss by telling me another agent was looking at my area. This type of adverting is brand awareness it is not Lead generation. Look at Semrush.com compare park bench to Nextdoor. Next door has 100 times more website traffic. Too pricey and they have not established themselves.

As a Realtor the $6000 for a basic website I have to drive business to was 100% a waste. I don’t know what I was thinking. Is everyone nice? Absolutely. Do they help? Sure. Is the page loaded with useless Groupon Ads? Yep. Is your presence too small? That’s a huge yes. I basically bought myself a job where I run around and try to get people to post their business on my free site. Also, you pay upfront so you are not getting a dime back. If you are a Realtor there are a hundred ways to use your money better, seriously huge NO

As a newer Park Bench realtor sponsor and not one that is very techie, Darren and his team have been invaluable to me. Always patient and helping me along step by step so I can make the most of my site. I think Darren must have the patience of Job. I know he must have hundreds of clients needing help, but he always responds quickly and gives direction in a way that is easily understandable. He's the best!
