Wonderful service and staff, so friendly, welcoming and helpful!

Had car cleaned inside and out, and was unfortunately really disappointed with the job. There was still dirt spots in numerous spots on the inside, and despite paying extra for armour all there appeared to be none used at all. Which is really disappointing considering how happy I wee with the rest of the service.

This alone would deter me from returning :(

Everything went perfectly to plan and excellent customer service

I booked this 'service' the night before my flight. On the day of, when I finally found the location (no signage), there was no one about. The website states it's a 3 minute drive to the airport, which is incorrect, it's at least 10 minutes. When someone finally showed up, they told me the shuttle would be there in about 15 minutes. They were so vague about it, I was sure that it would be much longer, so I left and had to find a closer alternative. When I tried to get a refund, I was told "no refunds for cancellations less than 48 minutes before", and since I booked it less than 24 hours, that wasn't possibile. I was also told that the website states that I should have arrived 3 hours before my flight. I asked where it said that, but my request was ignored. If it was there, which I don't see it, there is no way I would have booked parking for a domestic flight that I had to check in to parking 3 hours before!!!! Complete garbage service and even worse customer service. I'd give it zero stars if the review allowed it.

Good service; some confusion about booking when I arrived but sorted within 5 mins. Quick delivery to airport and collection and car well looked after.

The booking and parking experience were simple and trouble free

They posted on the website the price would be 60AUD, but they took 60 euro (100AUD). Tried to contact them about the false advertisement, but has just left in silence, refusing to get back to me. The parking area I went to also didn’t have my details, and the time slot I booked was not available either, so had to find a different time.
When I first reached out to them (before the issues started), they got back quickly and my reservation came through, why they don’t get a single star.
These guys are obviously being deceitful, so pay attention.

The team communicated with us as we had an early flight, they opened early by half an hour to accommodate us to the airport in a timely manner.
We also had a late flight in and they again stayed open later to allow us to pick up our car, unfortunately the airline delays meant that they had to close but again communicated well informing us the car was outside ready for pick up and the keys were in a lock box with the password for easy access.
Well communicated by Parkcare for both legs of our journey which enables us to be at ease with the process.

Lovely staff, seamless drop off however we did wait 30 minutes to ge collected from the airport

I am generally a worried Parker always wondering how lost will get and will I miss my plane. For the first time ever I used the Intl Valet parking. I did not have to search multiple levels to find them. It was clearly marked as soon as I drove into the airport. It was situated on ground floor. Red carpet service the boys removed all my luggage, & I walked less than 50mtrs into the Intl terminal. My fears grew again on the plane home. Will I be able to find my car, will anyone be there to assist with my now very heavy luggage & so on. To my great joy my car was there parked right where I could see it and the boys to assist with my luggage. I will never park anywhere else again when I use Brisbane airport. They made it so easy for me & I know I will not have my anxious parking cap on when using their services again.

Great prices and close enough to the airport. Friendly staff and our vehicle was looked after well. Shuttle provided to and from airport. I would definitely use this service again.
