Parkcare does not only offer the parking dates I request on their website. After booking with Parkcare I got a confirmation for a week later. I only checked the dates I entered and the prices, not the dates again. Why does Parkcare offer me parking dates that I do not request?
So getting to the airport, I found out I had no reservations for that day and had to make a new one. Therefore, I will never use this website again.

I could park easily and for 88 euros 7 days was good. Pick up from airport and delivery was quick and good. You must return your key. When I parked I took a picture of my miles. When I picked up my car there was an extra 30 km on my odometer and I was also missing diesel. So I feel ripped off because I don't know what has been done to my car!

Super easy to use
Super easy to use, everything was automatic so there was no need to wait for any staff to be ready for you. The bus to the airport come frequently and the bus stop is right in front of the airport/parking - I am just not sure how this goes out of business time. It took us around 20min to go from the parking to the airport with the bus. Highly recommend.

Never do business with…
Never do business with Goedkoopparkeren/Parkcare and Aeropark1000, they are unprofessional and liars. They had cancelled our booking without any notification. We only found out once we got there, and the owner acted surprised that we hadn't received the cancellation notification. Furtunately we had some time for our flight and drove directly to the airport parking P3, which was a bit more expensive (10-15 euros extra for 8 days) but well worth it. No reservation needed for P3 holiday parking! No need to park anywhere else ever. Hope this helps other travellers.

Bad bad customer service
Bad bad customer service although their website says otherwise.
My husband booked a months parking and followed satnav direction to regauto srl in Cagliari but could not locate the carpark and nobody answered the phone when he tried to call. Rather than miss his flight he had to find another parking facility.
It has taken several email and WhatsApp chats over two weeks to try and get a refund but today they say no refund.
What incredibly bad service. DO NOT recommend this company.
They may have several satisfied customers but EVERY customer counts and a refund is nothing to them!
Feel ripped off and completely dissatisfied.
Unable to find a contact for their Director theo zijlstra.
This company does not care about its customers!
