We had Park Communications as our Internet Provider

We had Park Communications as the resort we live in said only 2 internet providers was allowed here. We always had bad service. Wi-Fi was very slow if it worked at all and they do not credit your account for outage days. Finally we decided that it was not cost effective to have it any longer and called to cancel. The AI Robot took the call even though I asked for live customer service. AI would not transfer me to a live person and said he would take care of our need. I said we needed to cancel our account as we didn't use it enough to make it worth it. AI stated he would take care of that, did NOT explain about returning equipment or be charged. I asked if the company would be coming to pick up equipment and AI stated they do not pick up equipment. AI stated that if we WANTED, we could drop off the equipment and gave the address. We could not climb on the roof and disconnect the antenna and it sounded as if it did not matter so we threw away the router away and the antenna is still on the roof. A day later we were charged $100. My Husband called with no positive response. I called and finally after jumping through many hoops got past AI and spoke to customer service. I was trying to explain our situation, was interrupted many times, customer service Wanda I believe her name was...stated she could play the tape back to me as they record their calls. I said, I know what happened on the call and also stated they need to update their AI. Wanda stated they have updated but now is too late. We were not given the proper information to do what was necessary. I stated we needed a refund, she started yelling and asked if we wanted them to charge us the $350. they really had the right to do. I said no and that I would give ugly reviews everywhere. Beware of Park Communications Internet Company...they are unprofessional, rude, threatening, thieves with lousy internet.
